I thought 2nd time around this KFC would have done better after the reviews. 1st the 20.00 fill up box was 25.00, when asked why the person stated the manager raised it due to the price of chicken going up… I can say it was not worth one dime. The tenders were mixed old and new, biscuits were hard, fries were also hard. The chicken was very greasy and the breading on it was stale.. Lets hope I don’t get food poisoning. IAM DONE WITH THIS KFC NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Went to get lunch today, ordered through the drive through, and had to pull up front to wait for our order. Halfway home realized they didn’t give me my soda. Drove back to get another and got home, and they forgot our side and all of our sauces.

ordered 4 items…2 of each item … famous bowl had very little potatoes and corn, just mostly gravy – the gravy was extremely runny, more like au juis sauce – the biscuits got completely left out … i called and whoever i spoke to said to come back and he’d give me the biscuits – my daughter returned and they charged her for the biscuits i had already paid for……..we will most likely never return to this franchise nor will i recommend it to anyone (but will warn them)

The person the says he is the manager is very rude. Asked for the same thing I order probably a dozen times this year. Told me it was impossible. When asked when it changed was given no awnser and got nothing but attitude. I work customer service myself I asked simple questions the attitude was unwarranted

I ordered the Big Box Clsc sandwich. The sign read 11.25 was charged 11.95. Mike P. asked me if I wanted dipping sauce and I said yes. No dipping sauce, no napkins, and the fries tasted weird.

Waited over 40 minutes in the Drive-Thru line and when I finally got up to the window was greeted with a rude attitude and no sign of care or remorse that the wait was so atrocious. And when I finally got my food the order was incorrect and the food was cold. If you want good food go literally anywhere else. If you want fast food go anywhere else. If you want good customer service go anywhere else. If I could give zero Stars I would. Bottom line I would not recommend this KFC to anyone ever.

Worse place to buy your food, i order my food and paid for it and when i got home i was missing 3 of my food orders.. i called them and all they said was im sorry we forgot to put it in but yet i got charged for it.
