Sugar ants by the soda machine, never a clean restroom with a broken fan. Also always slow service even when considering drive thru. I’d highly advise corporate to visit and see for themselves how local management runs things.

James, the young man that helped me, was very nice. Super sweet and pain attention to my order and repeated my order back to me. Seth, the manager, was super nice and praised James, as he is a new hire, and the manager was complimentary to him, which is pretty unusual

This is the worst run store I’ve ever seen. I’ve been there 3 times and every time, there’s an issue with equipment of out of stock items. Today, they had no carbonation so couldn’t serve soft drinks. Last time, it was a fryer so everyone was waiting 30 minutes or more for chicken. Ridiculous! The fried chicken original recipe is much more greasy at this store, unlike the store in McMinnville or Salem. I’ll never go here again!

5/27/2023: I phoned in an order for 4 chicken breasts, 16 chicken nuggets and 4 large fries from my home in Dallas. I expected it to be ready by the time I drove there. For reasons unknown there was only 2 chicken breasts, so I accepted that as an order. I have to be honest and say that the food was disgusting. The fries were too salty and had a kind of soapy-ish taste to them, the chicken nuggets were the worlds smallest, but the chicken breasts were not too bad. The guy who took my order and also served me was very friendly, but other staff were walking around looking confused. One person who had the order for the couple in front of me stood at the counter with their order and never thought about calliing to them a few feet away, I had to let them know their food was ready for collection. Never again will I order from this place, the service and food were very poor.

Food is good most of the time. 1 star because every time I go I can always expect the order to be missing something or have the wrong item(s) or missing them. Sucks when I get off right when they close and I cannot go back to get it fixed.

3 workers went on break at the same time and left 2 people inside to work both the lobby and drive through. Currently it has been 45 minutes since we ordered and still we have not received our food. Many cars have gone through the drive through in this time so it is not like they are that backed up. 2 workers have sat down with a friend of theirs and are now hanging out. This is pathetic.
