0 consistency manager was freaking rude. All He Wanted to do was tell me how i’m wrong from the get and that he’s right? And downing me treating me like garbage drawing out his word like i am worth nothing used to love kfc now i will never i mean never return customer service has hit a all time low and these workers just dont care nor the companies done peace out “mike drop”.

Four stars is probably a little generous, but oh well. It was a little after 9pm on a Friday night when we pulled up there earlier this month. I was going to go into the lobby but it was closed. So, I pulled to the drive thru and attempted to order some popcorn chicken and the guy seemed like a grump and said they don’t have popcorn chicken anymore. I guess KFC decided to do away with that menu item only days before. So, I ordered us some chicken strips. Apparently all they had were some small strips. So, the guy gave us a few extra to make up for them being small; and he was nicer when we got to the window to pay and pick up our order… and the chicken strip meals were good. So, I guess no more popcorn chicken at any KFCs anymore 🙁 It was night time. So no pics this time.

Very slow service. Stood waiting for someone to even acknowledge I was there for about 5 minutes. A further 5 minutes to get someone to the counter to take my order and another 15 minutes for it to be completed. Being so close to a bunch of hotels, you’d think they’d be more on their game and have things sorted out to be done as quickly as possible.

I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and got a singular half piece of chicken that looked like it was hatched when dinosaurs were still on earth. Stale and missing 4.5 of what I ordered. Fries were good though.
