I went to kfc tonight to get food for my family. They took a while taking our order because the were having a hard time understanding us. When we paid and got our food it was wrong. When I went back in to get it fixed they were not talking to me for longer than 5 seconds. I talk to 5 different people in 2 minutes just so I could get my fry and sandwich. When I told them what it was they weren’t understanding. Yet when they said they did and gave me my food it was wrong. Poor service. Poor food. Poor everything.

I normally don’t go to KFC because it’s always super greasy and not fresh. My husband talked me into it on our trip from CA to WA. We stopped at this one in Medford. Milton took our order at the drive through and was super nice and professional. Best of all, the chicken was perfectly cooked, nice and hot, fresh, and delicious!! We’ll stop in on the way back, I’m sure. Nice work!! Very nice folks working inside, too, when I went in to use the restrooms. Thanks!!
