We arrived and ordered 2 16 piece meals for a large family and were asked to pull to the front and they would bring it out. We sat there for a few minutes and were informed they just dropped more chicken and it would be about 20 minutes but the chicken would be fresh. No big deal 20 minutes isn’t that long. 20 minutes came and went as others are going in and out with food. Again we are assured it will just be a few more minutes and the chicken would be fresh. After a hour we went in to find out what was going on and my husband walked out with our food. The chicken was under seasoned and rubbery, the Mac n cheese was mushy, the gravy was tasteless and the potatoes were runny. The only saving grace was the coleslaw. 112 dollars wasted. Will not go back.

Standard KFC. Unusually long wait time on this particular occasion in the drive through. The Spicy chicken sandwich was AWESOME. The chicken piece in the sandwich was larger than I expected, very hot and very juicy. The spicy sauce was perfect.

Female in the back was more interest in male in back. Biscuit were flat and old. Found a phone- wallet in parking lot, turned it in. Hope the owner got. Had to wait so long almost left, wish I would of!!!

Whatever you do, don’t look at the website to figure out what you want before you go to the store to order your food! The website shows mobile deals only and doesn’t tell you that. We went to get a $30 fill up, ordered in store and it was half the food they advertised on line. They don’t tell you either. Such a rip off. Go to Albertsons and get their chicken meal. It’s half the price and tastes better.

Going to the drive-thru isn’t very bad. But going inside reveals a bunch of not very happy workers. There’s no smiles there’s no liking their jobs there’s only disgusted looks on their faces. And for customer service and half portions of food like I only got a half a thing of fries it’s just doesn’t feel good. No one greats you when you walk in the door. You can stand at the counter for five minutes and no one acknowledges you’re even there.
