Wish I could give this location no stars. The customer service was atrocious. The manager is a joke, she’s the one with her hands up like she’s trying to play fight with someone. The employees want to get paid for standing around and this larger fellow gave his own manager a dirty look and continued to do nothing when he was asking to make a sandwich for an order. The food was disgusting and almost broke my tooth because of how hard the chicken was. I love KFC but this specific location, I’m never coming back to again.

When I first moved to Bellevue my daughter ordered a chicken sandwich from this location and they put chicken strips. On it when I ask them to give me what i paid for which was a regular chicken sandwich they gave me a spicy chicken they had no idea that kids we’re sharing with my daughter. I don’t like some of the staff attitude at this location . Very inappropriate especially to be managing a restaurant.

Friends will be so surprised to find out that I came here. However, it was for their Beyond Meat “chicken”. I’m supporting their move to be more vegetarian friendly! Taste good, better than some frozen plant based “chicken” bought at grocery stores. The Asian guy who served us is so nice and polite! I felt like visiting a fine diner!

Great place for the finger licking chicken that you crave on a rainy day or late night snack. Make sure you try there new nuggets. They replaced the popcorn chicken and also try the double down at this location only for a limited time it’s only 7.99 and it’s just 2 fillets with bacon and sliced cheese in between them that’s it.

They have dine-in but it’s not worth it. Went thru the drive-thru & asked if their we’re any 8-pc specials because the signs aren’t easy to read like at a McDonald’s. And honestly I don’t read very quickly nor do I eat KFC often. I come for the coldslaw & mashed potatoes & gravy like everyone else. The attendant was pretty rude with tude & needed a timeout. Ezell’s is a block way with better service & food for the same money. Sure, it’s tough to find parking but it’s a better experience.
