This is by far the worst fast food restaurant for service and customer service, twice in a month I’ve ordered the 6 piece chicken wings, on both occasions I was asked to wait out front, on both I had to go inside and ask WHERE IS MY ORDER, the first took 35 minutes, the second 22 minutes. It wasn’t busy what I observed was 2 speeds, slow and dead stop. The employees had no interest in working effectively and no leadership. This location is a franchise and how it survived this long is beyond imagination, at $1.74 a piece (tax) NOT WORTH IT !

It’s fast food but this place is anything but fast its whole time here. No other customers inside or in drive-thru but the cashier was extremely rude at the drive-thru and acted really off. He didnt say hello, he didnt even open the window all the way and just stared at me as I handed him my card and he didn’t tell me the total as he took my card. The whole transaction was less than a dozen words, “Order now. Pull around. You can wait around front.” Theres no other cars around, I shouldn’t be told to move so their drive-thru time stays low… its scammy af. The customer service is nonexistent and they have had the worst staff of any fast food place I’ve been to.

Drove out of the way for this KFC. Pulled up and it says on google and on the door that they close at 10pm but it’s 7:55pm and the lights are out and no signs posted. Quit wasting peoples time. At least update google or post a sign.

Kfc in White Center.Pretty good Kfc,recently remodeled and an improvement.Most of the staff seem good.Food is just the same as any Kfc.Got my order fairly quick,not much of a wait.This location also has an A&W as well.

I’m Grubhub driver picking up order for customer. I also order here many times for myself but this is the first time I meet an employee SO RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL towards customer. I was told by him to wait for another 20 minutes for customer’s order. I was fine with it and park my car to go inside and wait. I went inside and he told me I have to get out. I didn’t say any back to his rude attitude instead I ask nicely that how I will know when he is done. Do I wait back in line through the drive through or just park out side? He confronts me and yell at my face to just cancel the customer’s order. SERIOUSLY SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH HIM. I told him that he cannot just talk to another person in this way. He ended up close the door to my face and said he doesn’t want to talk to me anymore. WHAT A WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMER! I will fill complaint to KFC corporate office. Hopefully they can have him check his mental health because the way he act is outrageous. He may end up hitting customer one day for no reason. Otherwise KFC need to have a serious meeting with him to further train his manner in customer service position.
