I gave it a 2 today. Window person was not nice. Looked stressed. No wings anymore and no fork or spoon with order. Chicken tenders were small but price was high. 20 dollars of food and was not even full. I love kfc but this location failed tonight. Need to get back to basics. Chicken was good but pretty dry and not tender!

I wanted some chicken didn’t want to do work my self, bought 8 piece dinner. Got home in about 7 minutes, to my dissatisfaction my Chicken was cold and old. Will not be going back, I am done. I will cook my own food in the future. I should have known better when I saw empty parking lot. Manager need to adhere to hold times. $ 31.00 down the drain.

Ordered for pick up and when my son got home, he got some wrong items. Chicken was soggy too. Called the store few times but no answer. Went back with my son to replace the items. Mexican kid was rude, trying to argue as I was trying to explain what was going on. Even having a conversation with his fellow worker in Spanish ( obviously I don’t understand). Another employee, who was I guess the manager agreed on replacing my order. As the Mexican kid gave us our food, I said thank you & he just turned his back without even acknowledging us.

Found a freaking hair in my food!!! Disgusting don’t ever eat here! They obviously don’t take good care of the store.who knows what else is wrong with this place! Besides this the customer service was fine. I will be reporting this to the health department.
