Thanks for ruining my day. Picked up my order on my way to work. First off when I ordered a combo they never even asked what I wanted to drink and just tried to shove a Pepsi at me because they were in a hurry. Then they didn’t give me the utensils necessary to eat what I ordered. I arrive at work and my sides are wrong. Too late to do anything about it. I assume they knew since they also didn’t give me my receipt so I can’t complain.

This place use to be good what happened? Chicken breast was rubbery and under cooked,gravy was Cold,tasteless and thin as Water!!! Nothing to accompany the Biscuits!!! Do not eat here they put the DI in Diarrhea!!!!

The bucket of chicken was inedible. Congealed into one unrecognizable mass within a ten minute drive home. The food at this location looks like it was pulled out of the dumpster of a better KFC yesterday and repackaged.

They hook it up with typical KFC goodness. The inside was very clean and the order on my K3 meal came quick as I ate in. The chicken was really good. The coleslaw was really good. The biscuit was really good. I wish I had something more compelling to say but it was perfectly good!

Always bought here double steak grilled cheese burrito, everything was great until I bought same burrito at other locations, it was so much bigger and heavier! Night drive thru person was rude and purposely laughed in my face when I asked for a manager for his service… Night manager was dismissive and allowed worker to continue to laugh at us when we were explaining what happened. Will never go to that location again!

So I went to this KFC for dinner tonight. I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. I get there and sure enough there is a long line in the drive through. So I park at there curbside pick up and call there number for it. They never pick up so I decide to go to the door (another gentleman was already there). We knock and get no response so I go over to the drive through window to let them know we need service. The lady at the window was so rude wouldn’t even open the window for us. She then proceeded to tell me if I want service that I needed to go through the drive through I explained that we were in curbside and that the gentleman and I had tried calling she said again that if I wanted service that I needed to go through drive through. The only reason they get a 2 star is because when I asked to talk to the manager he had already over heard the conversation and opened the window immediately apologizing. He brought my order out himself with less than a 5 minute wait.
