I ordered online a 8 piece chicken tender needless to say my chicken tenders old and disgusting as if they had been sitting there all day. I tried calling the store and they kept hanging up instead of answering the call for me to complain about how bad they were. I will honestly say this is and will be the last time I order from the Monroe store. If they want customers to be happy and come back they should make sure their food is fresh and not just sitting around for hours. Very disappointed.

After I ordered my 8 piece family meal when I came to the drive-through I saw the female worker, drop chicken tongs on the floor, then grabbed it and put it back and did not go wash I was about to just drive off, but felt bad if I did not take in the food. I hope someone won’t get sick. Please train the workers again about how to handle food

Amazing food the staff does their best but their cooks leave early or call off at the last minute so their extra crispy runs out very fast. Call ahead and schedule to pick up extra crispy before they run out.

We had great service. Food was hot. Restaurant was clean. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The employees made fun of us when they found we were from North Carolina. Then we heard them cussing. It was so bad My husband and my son-in-law almost got up and went to talk to them. Our 5-year-old grandson was sitting there listening to them use this language. Most of the parking places at the front of the store, were taken. Considering we were the only ones in the restaurant at this time we assume that the employees park right in front of the door. The next customer was a man that had to stand and call out for somebody to come and take his order. He kept saying hello, hello is anyone working today?

Used the app. Very limited sale selection. I ordered. No specials like I saw on tv. Paid on my phone. Went inside and sale signs posted. It’s too late. I ordered and paid. Order was wrong. I caught the mistake at the counter. Clerk gave coleslaw like I wanted instead of French fries. That I didn’t want. Anyway. Could have saved 10 dollars and mistakes by going inside. If I go back, I’ll never order by phone again. App removed.
