I am a lover of KFC. However other than when I got salmonella as a child this is the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. I just picked it up, it’s coating is soggy like it was in a steam room and dark oil is in the bottom of the bucket it must have been in a long time to drip down. It’s on a cookie sheet so I can hopefully bake some crispiness into it. I’ve been to this location once before and had a similar. Once is a accident twice bad pattern. I’ll only visit Port Orchard from now on.

Went to KFC. Great expectations! Ordered a pot pie! What happened? I thought it was a white meat pie. Nice whit chunks with those 12 herbs and spices. Yum. But throw in dark chunks. And boom the herb and spice taste disappears. I’m from the south. Ate the colonels chicken for decades

Kailey and Logan we fast, helpful and pleasant. Did I mention friendly? That too. Wish they had a spicy version of chicken, but their price is right. We usually get the $20 fill up or family feast. Gives us at least 2 and sometimes 3 meals. Hard to beat that.

The service was friendly and prompt. The food was absolutely horrendous. I usually go for Popeyes when I have a hankering for fast food fried chicken, but I decided to switch it up today. The chicken was soggy and they drenched the side of wings in BBQ sauce even though I asked for hot sauce. I despise cheap BBQ sauce and I hate the drumstick part of the wings which is all they gave me. I can safely say that I will never have KFC again.

Giving one star. Only because an order that seemed impossible to screw up, they screwed up. I would understand if I ordered a ton of food, that they maybe would forget something. But all I ordered was Mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes. I specified it 3 times, she repeated the order back to me correctly, and I even joked about going home to just eat this mac n cheese and mash potatoes. But when I get home to check, it’s only Mac n cheese, no mashed potatoes.. They at least gave me tons of ranch and sporks for this one order of Mac n cheese… Just maybe don’t have two high teenagers, too busy joking with each other, alone running the place

Me and my fiance and her mom walked in and saw dirty old fryer racks piled up behind the counter we walked out without ordering. This was my first and last time in there. I won’t order from there. Also the employee that was there did not come up to the counter to take our order before we left. The dining room had dirty tables and the floor was dirty.

Drove in horrible road conditions for chicken strips. Food was good. Just disappointed. No honey or butter for biscuit. No bbq sauce even though they asked what sauce I wanted. I did however get 10 packets of ranch I didn’t ask for which was thrown out. Next time I’ll try Popeyes chicken.

The food was relatively fresh. The restaurant could use a little more attention as far as cleanliness goes. However, the service was wonderful. The staff was friendly, considerate and outright KIND! I hadn’t patronized this particular KFC for a little over a year because the last visit was awful. So glad I gave them another chance. Will definitely return!
