Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 – the Famous Bowl with just mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and a few chicken nuggets. It was missing cheese and the chicken was very tough. They were very nice and accommodating when we asked for extra gravy though! The mashed potatoes were very clearly made from a mix as it was on the more watery side.

Wait times are absolutely insane, unreasonable, and just doesn’t make any sense. Ordered online and was told it would be ready at 3:34. We showed up at 3:40. We only ordered one item off the menu, a box with fried chicken, fries, chicken nuggets, and biscuits. Was told the order wasn’t ready and they were waiting on nuggets. The app said our order was ready. We were the only people in the lobby and maybe 2 cars in the drive through, so they weren’t even close to busy. We didn’t leave until 3:54. They had what looked to be a full crew, almost no business, and it took them over 20 minutes to prepare 4 pieces of chicken and 12 nuggets. It’s the worst run restaurant in the entire county. Don’t ever try going through the drive through, you’ll regret it.

The shift supervisor Brock should not be a team lead with his non-customer service personality the night I went to KFC did an online order they did not have any chicken only’s chicken tenders that they told us. The KFC cut up the chicken sandwich for their tenders and never told me or my wife they were going to do that. They did not give us our biscuit or fries with our order called back to the store asked for a manager and Brock told me that he was the manager. He was not very friendly and very offensive with what I said to him that we did not get the right order and they were cutting chicken sandwiches and not giving me the tenders, he says that he wanted to tease me. The night crew at KFC/TACO BELL is TERRIBLE! They are always out of beef, chicken and don’t ever mention it till you’ve already ordered your food. Whoever is ordering the meat at this restaurant needs to order a lot more and hire someone who actually TRIES to do their job. Several times I’ve came here at night. The food me and my family were severed was definatly old food from later on that day. They didn’t try to make a single thing on our order correctly, more of in a hurry to get the line out of their drive-through. The cheese wasn’t even melted on any of the gorditats we ordered… The cinnabons were half frozen and shoved into a plastic cup, and the child working at the window laughed at me when I mentioned their mistakes

Last two times I went in took at least 30 minutes at the dine in before my order arrived. Before COVID-19, when you order something at the cash register. After you pay, they filled your order on the spot before they serve the next customer. Now, they take everybody order and I can’t swear to this but it seems the drive up customers is a higher priority than the dine in customer. The food is still good but more expensive and no longer a fast food anymore. Be sure to double check that your order is right before you leave the counter or drive up window.

Great customer service and VERY clean inside the newly remodeled restaurant. We ordered a 12 piece bucket to go. The guy behind counter said they were out of a few things because of a large order. We picked a different side. I appreciated he told us so we didn’t sit and wait forever. KFC is not fast food. Our food was excellent.

Sent my husband to get us food, as I was in the hospital all night and got some bad news, I finally was able to get more than 2 hours of sleep, he drove across town waited for over 30 minutes for our “fast food” drove all the way back home just to realize they messed up my order, so I drove all the way back across town, and when I explained my situation to the guy who messed up my order, he replied with, “well I’m the one who just made it right!” Not feeling well, not happy I will stick to my Mexican restaurants and taco time from now on. Not to mention, there were only 2 tiny tomatoes on my Nacho Bel “Grande.” It was terrible.

Once you’re in the drive thru line you are committed. There’s no way to change your mind and roll out other than the drive up window. It’s getting spendy to eat here. Staff always looking tired of having to work there but are still nice.

Poor customer service. Half the time by 730 they’re out of chicken and today taco meat as well. We got a rigged up 8 piece meal because they didn’t have 12 pieces and when we asked to pick sides the customer service at the drive thru just said no. Offered to do chicken or steak on taco bell items since no beef and then charged us for upgrading…. They may have remodeled but things seem to have gotten worse. We’re stuck with it though since no other KFC in the whole county.
