As I have not been to this location I was not as impressed as I was hoping. The Staffing was sloppy and not much help, they were not willing to offer any assistance with coupons or promotions and when I asked if I could find a coupon online they told me they were corporate and could not be used in their store. There were deals to be had such as the five buck fill up , but since I was not aware and not a current customer of KFC I did not spot them right away and so his meal was $11 for lunch. I am including pictures as you will see for $11 he did not get much. In the future I will choose a different location as this one seemed not well managed and quite honestly the staff really could have cared less. Really disappointing. Also when we arrived that both doors on the side of the parking lot not the drive-thru for locked and I told the employee about it she could have cared less period as a person I was with was disabled it was a little nerve-wracking to have to walk along the side with the drive-thru to get into their building.

They were quick and polite. That was good. But you need to change your oil/grease. Long long ago, I worked at KFC for 3+ years In high school. I liked it. However, it’s changed a lot. We ordered the #10 popcorn chicken combo. That was awful! The chicken was very dry with a bad after taste. Same the frys. No sauce or butter for the biscuits, either. You can do better. We threw it away.

Im not sure whats going on here …. Whether most the employees here are new and in training or what but i ended up having to wait 30+ minutes for popcorn chicken (I ordered a 3 piece meal and the famous bowl …. Pretty standard if you ask me)!

Extremely quick & friendly service, nice clean location. That’s the good- The bad is that no matter what location I’ve gone to the chicken is hard (nearly rock hard) the cheese never melted or warm, the potatoes cant complain but the biscuits hard to swallow. I think I’m disappointed to a point of being done trying and thinking location will change how the food is served. KFC Is completely outdated and should step up their game or atleast cook the food the same day its served.

I waited in the drive thru line on 9/9/20 about 6:30pm for about 10 minutes. When I got to the speaker to order, I was told “we can no longer take any orders. We have an old system.” When I asked if I could wait I was told again, “We can no longer take orders. Have a good one.” I drove off and had a good one at Chik Fil A down the road. Should have gone there first.

I went through the drive-thru at the dinner hour, between 5-6pm. The people were friendly, but I had to wait to the side for my order to be completed. It was a large order, so that is understandable. When I got home, I found my order was not right and the chicken was overheated, very dried out and not tender and moist, like it should be. The side dishes were good, but I was a little disappointed, overall.

I went to the Kentucky Fried Chicken tonight. Ordered a large family meal original chicken was very expensive 30 minutes away. Served it to my family. And the chicken was burnt. It didn’t appear burnt, but it was totally. I’m very upset about it. I’m 30 minutes away. I don’t really feel like driving back. Thanks Kentucky Fried Chicken

Cheetos chicken sandwich is so gross. I don’t know what happened to KFC I used to love everything as a kid. But now everything just tastes like they poured 10 lbs of salt on it. Other than the food, I would give the staff a high rating it is clean and they were very nice.
