Food was decent. Took over 20 and that was after I order ahead. Watched multiple people come and go while I waited. The “manager” Nataschah was extremely rude and hostile about the fact that noone could even acknowledge me standing there for 20 min waiting on 6 pieces of chicken. While she was being hostile she kept saying they were busy & understaffed – they were not busy & they have 3 employees CLEANING while she did inventory. If you were that busy and understaffed WHY ARE EMPLOYEES CLEANING TO CLOSE????? Will make sure everyone knows to avoid this place.

First strike, when we got there the lobby was closed, which was a bummer because that’s where my son wanted to eat for his birthday dinner. So we proceed to the drive thru second strike, was the lady taking the order was the eppitemy of I don’t want to take your order. Third strike I tried to get a burger and fries but they we unable to make the burger. After ordering for 5 people we spent as much as we could have been at a sit down restaurant. Definitely one of the worst experiences we have had at a fast food restaurant. Not to mention we have been sitting out side waiting for our food for 25 minutes and are still waiting to receive it.

People working are telling through the facility, messed up everyone single meal and literally Ignore you when you ask for it to be corrected. Then walk away while you’re trying to speak to them.. very unprofessional. Definitely a bunch of teens kicking it.

Had us pull out of drive thru to wait for food with no one behind us. Then took forever. So frustrating. All we ordered was ice cream. I’ll just stick to DQ next time

OMG. 2 3pc meals for $27. We ate the mashed potatos, a couple bits of the greasiest chicken ever and half of the biscuit. thru the rest away.

Supposed to be honey bbq chicken little instead got Bread with some breading with a ton of mayo and tiny bit of bbq. I swear there is more pickle on this thing than chicken. And to add insult to injury it was $4! KFC used to he so good, and maybe there are still l9cations that are, but every time I venture to this location, which has been maybe 2 or 3 times a year for the last 5 years or so, they just disappoint. I think this might officially be my last try. And to top it off l, ice cream machine has been broken fir 5 years now. Have asked for a root beer float every time I have visited this location and their ice cream machine has been broken every single time. With chic filet in town now it would not surprise me if they have to close the doors of this location in the not so distant future.

Nothing was hot or fresh! We ordered through the drive-thru and had to wait for a long time for cold food. Chicken tenders, fries, and biscuits were all absolutely horrible. This will be our last visit to KFC in Bonney Lake!
