Ordered nearly fifty dollars in sides of Mac and cheese, and Cole slaw to serve with dinner for some friends. I served up portions for everyone and while eating, my girlfriend pulled a corner of a bag that had been cut off and left in the slaw out of her mouth. At that point dinner was pretty much over. They offered me another slaw …. I’m fifteen miles and a ferry ride away…. no thanks will look somewhere else next time

No walk in or sit down dining. Was little disappointed as we were there for the A&W and wanted to sit down and have root beer floats after our dinner. We settle for a drive through meal and some smoothies wich were very good just wasn’t what we hoped for. Food and service was very good nonetheless. Would eat here again.

I was treated very disrespectful when I went to pick up food that was missing from my initial online order. I called twice right after my order to let them know I was missing food and didn’t get any of my drinks. One worker said “we can’t give you drinks because you only called about the wraps.” I let her know I called twice. There’s obviously no communication with this staff. Then the girl I talked to first came to the window and said “you talked to me and only brought up the wraps.” Again, I called twice. Then the first girl says “3 drinks, I know I gave him the drinks.” **At the end of the day I didn’t receive my order and had to go out of my way to come here after work. At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or for them messing up my order to begin with. Instead, I was made out to be a liar. I spent over $80 today at KFC just to be questioned about the food that I paid for. That’s not okay, and when you guys get an order wrong you need to own it and do better. The workers need to do better at getting people’s order right the first time. Your customer service is trash and I didn’t appreciate it. I went today around 5:40

Today August 6 at 7 pm we ordered two meals and were told to wait on parking, in 15 minutes we see that people who parked way later getting their food, only after we asked they told us that they forgot about our order so we had to wait longer, then had to come back because they didn’t give us everything we ordered, didn’t put utensils for mashed potato and napkins, chicken is fried in old oil, disappointed, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION, you’ll waste your time and money
