Got my food fairly quickly which I appreciate. The drive through worker was really nice and upsold me a cake which I am happy I got. I just have to say the spicy chicken sandwich I got does taste good but it barely has any sauce AT ALL , its just bread and chicken. I asked for no pickles and it had pickles. So it’s just very dry with hint of pickles. Things are expensive these days and it’s costly to eat out. Give us a little more sauce, bro. We just want to enjoy the splurge at least. That’s all. Thank you.

Slow to get food. Probably 15 to 20 minutes. Still with it to get the double down from 2010. It’s not quite as weird in this day and age but man, I missed it. It’s smaller this time than it used to be. I only know because the old version has no way to eat it. You had to chip away at it.

Not busy at 7:00 pm on a Sunday. Ordered at drive-thru; $20 fill-up box and the new bbq sandwich meal. Asked for two KFC sauces and 2 honey mustard in the box (comes with 4). Was told I couldn’t change the sauces. I stated that I could on the app, and was told that was different. They are literally cups of sauce in a box that had to be opened to fill! Guess I’ll just have to order thru the app next time…

My mother and I went through the drive through and ordered their family meal. We paid $46 and some change. When I got to the window they seemed a little bit in a rush which is understandable because they consistently had cars coming through. I checked our chicken and it was warm, I asked for fresh chicken. Angel the manager explained it was fresh. I asked him for a glove, checked the chicken and it wasn’t fresh enough for me. I went inside and asked for my chicken to be fresh out the fryer. Angel accommodated me, I know I was nerve racking it he did an amazing job at his position and dealt with me gracefully. Angel is an amazing addition to the staff and his professionalism spoke volumes!

Should have known something was going to be wrong. I ordered 2 breasts and a wing, 3 piece meal but person on intercom was having trouble so another guy took the order. Went home opened the box and had 2 thighs and a drumstick. It costs extra for the breasts so not only was this a smaller meal but I got less than I paid for. This is not the first time this has happened at KFC but it was the first time at this Location.

Paid almost 30$ for the food. Hubby asked for a cup of water and was charged 1.49 for 3 jalapenos which we didn’t receive, but was told it was for the water. I wonder if all the KFC’s are charging everyone they serve this price for water and charging for jalapenos on the receipt. Why not just charge for water and just how much are they making off of jalapenos they are not selling.. just a thought.

Went to KFC on Pacific Ave, Tacoma WA. I ordered 8 PCs chickens dinner. When I got home the chicken wasn’t cooking all the way. No skin at all on the chicken. I payed $35.00 for this meal. I should got a refund for this big mess.
