People were nice. We went through the drive thru. The Pepsi was hardly carbonated, the Raspberry tea was watery, no fork/spoon for the famous bowl, no butter or honey for the 4 biscuits, the 2 chocolate cakes were missing and there was a piece of long hair trailing off a piece of chicken from my son’s 4 pcs meal. He didn’t touch the rest of the chicken. Luckily he’d already eaten 2 pcs before he ran into the hair. It was just very disappointing.

KFC is my go to on fast food. I travel a lot for work and have been to many locations in WA and OR. This is consistently the worst KFC I have been to, and it’s the closest to my home :(. I haven’t had a hot sandwich or fries on any of 5 visits. Today prompted this review as the fries were a cold clump stuck together with a consistency like cardboard. I’d normally say go to KFC but in this case check out the popeyes down the road.

The last 3 times I went to KFC in Vancouver, I ordered extra crispy chicken. I live a mile away. Each time the chicken was soggy. NO crispy crunch at all. On one occasion, the coating mix wasn’t even cooked through! We did not eat the chicken. Never again. Popeye’s never let’s me down.

Customer service sucks, they spend more time telling you how you can order instead of making you happy. Plus they had an oven fire so no chicken and didn’t post signs telling you this. Had to waste my time wandering through their extreme large drive thru to not get any food.

Looked online at the Hazel Dell location before I went through the drive through. Said $10 for 8-piece tenders with no drink or side. Get to the drive through, 8 piece chicken tender price doesn’t even show on the drive thru menu and it’s suddenly $21 dollars. When I asked why there’s such a huge price difference I get attitude from the cashier Kelsey the whole time. She gave me the option to just leave and order online but because of her attitude I was too afraid my food would be messed with. Even at the end when I said have a good day she didn’t bother to respond. I had my windows down in the parking lot when she talked to the lady behind me and she was a completly different person. I don’t know why I got treated like trash just by asking why theres such a huge price difference.. this locations service needs a BIG upgrade.

I was excited to try KFC again,so decided to visit the closest one to our place..The customer service was A-1..So friendly and smiley!..and the order was served fast..We opened the box expecting the well familiar KFC flavor..Even grateful for food,we were not that impressed..Biscuits,fries,and macaroni and cheese were ok..but the chicken was a bit undercooked and tasted like was fried with old oil..The poultry smell was noticed.Not the original flavor we remembered..I always do fair reviews,and like to focus in the positive..Place clean,nice people,fast service..but in our opinion, chicken needed back the Colonel’s touch.I paid 32.54 for an 8 piece meal.Thanks,Olga and family.
