I cannot stress enough How TRASH this chicken was. I ordered the “family meal 8 piece Crispy chicken” the worlds most dryest chicken. Might as well be Chicken jerky! First time this happens to me 30$ completely thrown to the trash not a single piece of chicken was good.

We go every Tuesday to get the 2 for 2 papa burger special. This particular day, I decided to get an 8 piece nugget. Got the meal home and found that I paid for an 8 piece and got a 5 piece. Called the place and explained the situation. Manager was very pleasant and told to come back and he would correct the mistake. I told the manager that I lived on the other side of town, could I come in tomorrow. No problem, I’ll get you an 8 piece and throw in a large drink and fries for your troubles. Arrived the next day and got what I was promised. Had my receipt with me and was served hot and fresh food. Thank you KFC/A&W for providing quality care and customer service.

First off they didn’t fill my soda up all the way. The extra sauce packets that we had to pay for were extra small didn’t give us any napkins girl there seem like she was not paying attention to anything at all just hanging out with the crew.
