Most of the tables for the customers wasn’t clean, but the food was good and the bathroom was clean. Restaurant managers in general need to enforce a presentability clause for the employees to take out their revolting face jewelry while on the clock, especially that big ring in their nostrils. It looks like a bad case of snots running down to their upper lip, and we don’t want to eat there anymore. Managers, it’s NOT discrimination, it’s driving away business! If you want your restaurant to bankrupt, keep these people as waitresses and food servers. It’s just that simple. They’re too dense to understand they’re a gross out!

I have had the famous bowl 3 times now, hardly any chicken on it, but thankfully so because the chicken pieces have more salt in them than the Atlantic Ocean. Service is good and root beer floats are good though.

Got here 13 minutes until close and was told the lobby was closed so we let them know we would just order online and go through the drive thru but nobody would answer at the speaker or when we knocked on the window and to top it off they had the phone off and refused to turn around and look at us or speak to us.. we literally spoke to a worker outside wearing a drive thru headset and he said ok about us going through the drive thru. We’re very sad about the customer service we received and are frustrated that we ran over here on foot from the hotel across the street wanting some fried chicken 🙁 guess we will try later

Not much of food selections in Airway Hights but KFC is always good. I came back here after moving to Phnx for a year now which is amazing btw…this little town blows! However…..they have really good chicken bowls with mashed potatoes and corn. I like the spicy bowl personaly. I’m impressed they remodeled the restaraunt. Looks really nice. They also helped me with my order tonight as my dually won’t fit the drive through. They offered to let me in , take the order and all that. Gave me my foods and was simple enough. But least they took the time most other places just tell me to either call them or come back next day. Didn’t have a pic if the food i ate fast. It was a long drive to WA from Phnx.

Pre-order for 6:30 get here find out chicken not even cooked yet and I have to wait additional 15 minutes unless I want only dark meat and preheated warm food! They are not even sorry about it too.

We pulled a long black hair out of our food as soon as we got it into the meal more of the same hair. Yes they all wore hats but at some point the hats were removed leaving the food exposed. Gross
