This is probably the 3rd time over the last few months, but the food is just awful. The fries were cold and inedible (like hard to bite into as if theyd been sitting out,) they forgot fries for a chicken sandwich combo, asked at the window for Honey Mustard and got Buffalo Ranch. This place needs new management or just shut down completely. Avoid this KFC.

They grossly overcharged ($28.99 for a 12 piece tenders and $32.99 each for two 8 piece chicken meals), the chicken was rubbery, the tenders were so hard the dogs couldn’t even eat them, and the biscuits were so hard it hurt to eat (the food must’ve been under the lamp all day long), not to mention they got the order wrong. And they conveniently did not give us a receipt. Called the manager and she called us stupid for thinking the prices advertised were the prices we would pay, yet she could not satisfactorily explain why we were charged $107 and some change for the garbage they served us. The manager hung up on us twice when asked to explain how the total came to over $107. We will never eat KFC again because of this experience, they have lost 3 lifetime customers, even if corporate offers us free food we wouldn’t waste our time! This branch, Sprague &Sullivan, should be shut down and that “manager” should never be allowed to “manage” again for the rest of her life! Wish I could give them negative stars, they don’t even deserve one!

I came in during dinner time and saw single-handedly the worst management I have ever seen. The manager was rude, condescending and belittling to employees and completely wrote off customer concerns. I witnessed this manager touching the waists of several female workers, yell at two more and tell another to leave if he didn’t like working under him. On top of the sorry excuse they call a manager, I waited FORTY FIVE minutes for a two piece order, came home and it wasn’t even the right food!! I will be spreading the word to everyone I come across to avoid this restaurant like the plague. Absolutely despicable.

DO NOT EAT here!! my mother in law found a nodded hair in her chicken! The manager was so rude!! wouldn’t listen to me said i had to drive 2 hours back for a refund! Absolutely disgusting and i have been been treated so horrible. wont let me post a picture or i would!!!!

Ordered 2 nugget dinners and was met with only the biscuits and slaw done. The biscuits were then put on the counter to wait the 20 minutes for three nuggets and fries to cook. There were really none ready at 5;30, the dinner hour. The staff were all giving each other needed hugs and fist bumps. Where is the management? More like a frat party.

Inedible garbage. Just wasted $30.00 on what they should not even be legally able to call fried chicken. Wet, soggy breading and tough as leather meat devoid of flavor. KFC has fallen so far in quality that it’s a wonder they remain in business. Never again!

I went to go pick up a doordash order and they told me that they’re still prepping the order and to pull around back it should be done. In a couple minutes, 10 minutes later. I had to give them a phone call and ask why my order is sitting on a shelf for 10 minutes. Not only did they waste my time but they’re wasting my customers time as well. They don’t use their time wisely at all and they are completely rude about being confronted about it.

We ordered online 30 minutes ahead a pickup and arrived about 5 minutes after we got confirmation that it was ready. We were ignored when we walked in. After about 5 minutes where told they had not started it an it would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited and checked in at the 15 minutes mark.They had not started it and told us we were next. Very unhappy with the service and not getting the food until nearly 40 minutes after the time it was suppose to be ready.

First of all the woman who took my order was absolutely vial and nothing but rude. Last time we were here our order was messed up but it’s the I my one in my area so I decided to give them another chance but charged me 30$ for the wrong order. I feel like every time I’m here everyone is high and can’t get anything right or they are just down right rude. Get some new employees. Not sure how any of them got hired

I would not recommend going here! I swear they are trying to kill people! I ordered an online pick up order. When I got there after the page said it was ready, they stated I was waiting on my chicken sandwich. An hour later I receive my food. After I got home I went to eat my chicken sandwich and it wasn’t the chicken breast filet but instead a bone in thigh. The service was not great and 1/2 the staff were not wearing masks. I am very disappointed.
