The Restaurant was Clean and the tables were wiped down. The Employee that took my order was Polite and Listened to my Menu Request. My Food was Perfect and it was Exactly what I had Ordered. It wasn’t busy during my Visit. I enjoyed sitting, as I was looking out the large windows. The Employees were Kind and One of them Actually said: “Thank You for Coming in for Lunch!” As I was almost to the Door.

I just wanted to say that Justin helped my brother and I order food and he went way above and beyond!! Great great service, he was very kind and happy and even gave my brother some baseball tips. I watched as he treated every customer who walked through the door with the same great energy and enthusiasm. He made our night.

Every couple of years, the owners pay through the nose for a huge renovation to the building but then don’t pay squat for the actual staff so the employees they do get are uninterested, overwhelmed, don’t know their own menu, repeatedly tell me they are “Uhhh…UNSURE” of their chicken (unsure of WHAT exactly? the count? salmonella content?) and tell me they are unable to sell me basic things like …chicken. It is wild. They are literally turning away customers because of the complete lack of oversight. When you do get the food…gnarly. I’ve complained to corporate in the past, got another renovation and the quality went down within days of re-opening. Here we go again.

Eh it’s KFC it’s expensive, always check your chicken to make sure it’s the kind you ordered. Apparently grilled chicken and original sound the same even though it was repeated back as grilled. Got home it was original. It was good after I tore the skin off.

When it’s fresh it’s the best!!!! Sometimes though it’s not fresh and those times it’s not worth feeding to the dog! Service is good still have to watch them or they will short you the sauce or a cup ect! All in all I still hit em up from time to time when I need that greasy food coating for my stomach!!!
