I recently placed an order online. I wasn’t feeling well after a surgical procedure and just wanted to pick dinner up for the family. I came in about 10 minutes before it was ready to be picked up, just figured that I didn’t want it sitting there if it was already to go. The gal at the front was surprised that I was there for a pick up, and I started to notice she kept being surprised at other people coming in for their orders placed online as well. She asked me if I would change my order to original recipe instead of extra crispy, because it was going to be about 14 minutes before it would be ready, if not. I told her I would wait. She seemed put out over it. In the end, I waited 30 minutes. I will not be placing an order online at KFC again.

We bought a bucket of original recipe chicken for dinner the night before last. My wife woke up feeling like she was going to vomit, and about an hour later I had sudden urgent diarrhea. We joked that it was the chicken but still saved the bucket of leftovers.

Overall poor experience. Food was awful. Chicken strips were super stale and dried out. Fries were soggy. Lady at drive through was not friendly in the slightest. Disappointed. Kfc use to be on point back in the day

Very disappointed for the $12 I spent. 3 pc was more like 1.75 and too much hard coating. Biscuit was ok and mashed potatoes were good. But having to pull up and wait 5 minutes for this feels like I got robbed. Girl working the window was helpful and polite.

On 3/25 I went to get 2 Vanilla milkshakes, after getting them with no straws we realized that they were super watery so I returned to get something in replacement since they weren’t edible, the manager was giving me major attitude about the situation. As if it isn’t hard enough to go back and make a complaint(no one likes doing that). He refused to give me a replacement item or to add more ice cream to make it an actual milkshake. So I just asked for a return. Once I got to the window the employees were mean mugging myself and my daughters and the lady just held out her hand with attitude. Worst customer service.

for the 3rd time in the last mth I’ve gone to kfc. And just to say I own a restaurant just down the street. I pull into the drive through im there for 1 second. we come to kfc what can I get u… give me a second!!! 5 seconds go bye. and I hear!! is there something I can help u with? I said no im just trying to decide from one or the other… well plz come inside then… so im forced to decide. I get to the window and ask are u in a hurry im the only person in line… . I get told if u come through the drive through u should know exactly what u want. we are on a time limit. I get my food mind u and get home and it was all wrong. this has happened multiple times needless to say I will never go back to this location as the employees are very rude and do not care about customer service.. they should all be fired.actually the district manager the over sees this location should also be fired.

Order is always wrong. People are always rude. Food comes out disgusting most of the time. Given this place way more chances than it deserves and always a disappointment. Look at how my curds came out today. Would give 0 stars but that is not possible. Go if you want disgusting food and terrible service.
