Worst chicken ever. I ordered a $20 family meal and everything else was fine. But the chicken batter was really doughy and falling off the chicken. It wasn’t crispy or anything. It was the worst kfc chicken I have ever had before. Check your chicken before you leave. My husband said it was like the chicken was setting around awhile before we got it. I’m pissed. Being a truck driver over the road you can’t just stop any were so kfc is supposed to be a treat. But it was a disappointment.

How is this place open?? 18 minutes for chicken, had to go to the counter several times to exchange and get other things from my order. Can’t get a soda, that machine is more broke than a McDonald’s Ice cream machine. If you get taco bell it tastes like chicken, if you get chicken it tastes like taco bell. Worst place I’ve been to. Might have been better if the kid behind the counter shared his weed.

The chicken was very good, but the gravy for the mashed potatoes was way way watered down I think some how some way water fell into the gravy and instead of replacing it I saw them skim out the excess water and then served it on my order and at least 3 other orders. I didn’t say anything about it because I was in a hurry and figured they’d gotten most of the water out and the flavor would be just fine BOY WAS I WRONG.

Ray and Edwardo, this restaurant needs some serious management training. This evening I visited this location, from my understanding Felipen is new on Drive thru register, he rushed taking our order at the menu board. As we approached the window we were greeted with “I’m going to take your payment and pull you” we asked if we could add a biscuit at the window prior to paying. He said “yes”. We asked him for the sauce we wanted he then tried to pull us. We waited and asked for our drink prior to being pulled. Us receiving the wrong size of drink. The female manager on duty proceeded to bring out our food. We Told her about our drink and our missing side of biscuits we added at the window. She left to go fix the issue. Us realizing our sauce was not in the bag either. She returned with the drink and said “you didn’t pay for the extra biscuits you will need to go back thru the line and order!” She then proceeded to tell the guy was new at the window and didn’t know he can’t add items on. She really had no concern on actually fixing the issue In fact refused to fix the issue. Extremely poor customer service and attitude.
