Thee most disgusting , undercooked , cold , made wrong fast food I’ve ever had. Gave them a 3rd chance . The whole meal for the 3rd time was undercooked and inedible. We’ve called the BBB and health department . I’d steer clear if you value your health. We asked for our food made fresh and sent it back twice. They popped the fries back in the fryer, making them so hard you literally couldn’t chew them. Allergic to cheese and asked for no cheese, no pickles. This is the meal I received below. The food wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese . It’s a spit in the face I spent money for an inedible meal like this.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience and the chicken was raw and bloody all inside. We didn’t realize until we got back home about 20min later and went to eat. The manager didn’t seem surprised or sympathetic at all and only offered to remake the meal next time. However it is very hard to trust to eat there again once you get raw and bloody food and risk possible food poisoning.

I brought the kids and paid $16 for old fries and very old nuggets (inedible) my step daughters sandwich was good, but i had to take my son to get something to eat elsewhere. I wasn’t impressed unfortunately. Way too overpriced for them to serve old food.

We made an online order a quick pick-up for 5:45 our order was confirmed at 5:29 via email. We pull up to KFC at 5:40 my son goes in to wait he comes back out 10 minutes later to tell me it’s going to be 16 more minutes. Understand I am watching drive thru order after drive thru order go thru. So I decided to check my app and apparently My order was done and was waiting at the pickup spot at 5:55. (Which it wasn’t)So I decided to go in and see what’s going on. My son is still sitting and waiting. So I sit with him we wait for another 7mins I watch them bring out 3 large drive thru orders all KFC. So I finally ask about our order I am told that we were told it would be 16 mins. 2 mins later we get our order. So it took 35 mins for 8 pieces of chicken and 8 chicken tenders and a 5 piece nugget. 3 sides. Oh and I watched a young man walking through the food prep area with a chicken tender hanging out his mouth. He then set it over by the drive thru register. The fries were super cold but the rest the food was normal KFC. Service was terrible and the employees we dealt with were rude.

Do not feed your family here their food is old sloppy and cold! Absolute safety concern and don’t bother calling they don’t care and they let you know. Their food obviously sits out for hours then they so comfortably sell it to you! 1.4 stars on fb I’m sending them all here to post their reviews!

Chicken was undercooked and the coating was blonde. I lived 10 miles away and the only thing they told me was bring it back and we’ll make it again for you. With gas at $4. 69 a gallon that’s a little bit ridiculous.

This is the worst KFC we have ever been to. We picked up our order last night and it was over cooked and incomplete. We waited for 15 minutes for them to bring out our order and ended up going inside to find out what the problem is. They acted like “what order”. The chicken strips were tiny and so over cooked we couldn’t eat them. And forget ordering the pot pies as they are half empty.
