Food has been going downhill, hard to tell if the chicken is even real anymore. Place is always filthy. Staff isn’t very polite, I thanked everyone on my way out and was ignored. It doesn’t upset me the place has always kinda been like that. Unfortunately the prices are pretty spendy too.

I would give them less stars if I could. Our family stoped in there for a quick dinner. We waited 30 minutes for our food only to be told that they forgot about our order never made it and that it was my husbands fault for not reminding them. Then to be told it would be “awhile” longer for our food! This was ridiculous. They forgot about our food and treated us badly too. I’m not sure if the manager was trying to impress the young lady who took out order by being a hard ass but it was rude and disrespectful. We got our money back after all of this and left without our food. They clearly did not want to help us.

Consistent. Bountiful. Flavorful. Filling. And fast! Though I was just going to Costco next door this particular day.. I can’t say I’ve ever really ordered from this kfc location before. Matter of fact I only think I’ve ordered from the n lights location or eaten when someone else brought it. Sometimes a little spicy / salty.. but generally pretty consistent and consistently good. A but pricy but that’s to be expected. How much can one expect to pay for several fully grown chickens raised to grown, processed, shipped, cooked, etc all the while paying all the people responsible for these processes, plus make a profit, keep the lights on.. it’s a wonder how these companies turn a profit at all!

How can a grown person put two pieces of chicken in a box when you ordered 3 and then not acknowledge it when you point it out??? After pointing it out 3 times the manager finally told an employee to put another piece in the box and offered no apology. Then, we paid for an extra side of green beans and didn’t get it. The chicken was old, dried out, and cold. I never thought fast food could be so difficult but I guess some people are being all they can be.

This is a great spot to grab lunch and get back on the rode. I always enjoy my interactions with the person running the register. She is always smiling and very polite. The staff are always hitting the ground running when preparing your food as they are well trained to do as such. Always stop by KFC for your chicken needs. Thanks again KFC! I tried the loaded potato bowl it was delicious.
