If the employees here knew how to work, I could tell you about the food. But they’ll close regularly because they’re way behind on orders. If your lucky enough to be able to order, be prepared to wait hours for your food. Location smells horrible, has the worst customer service in the Puget Sound area, and is just plain horrible in every way. Do yourself a favor and just don’t even try.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went inside to have a quick snack with my husband. We placed our order for dine in and had a seat. I watched employees tote food out the door for the drive through 8 times while we patiently awaited our food. Let’s not dismiss the fact that I had clear line of sight to the drive thru window where 15 cars received their food while the only two ppl in the lobby were dismissed (out order and 1 other customer). It was 27 minutes later when I rung the bell at the register and the manager approached. I asked for a refund. His response: ok for what order. He did not ask what the problem was probably because he knew they were only servicing the drive through, didn’t ask to make it right, nor did he even show any type of care in the world. This is the worst customer service I have ever received claiming to be FAST food. Needless to say we will never eat at this location again.

It was the worst experience I’ve had in years for a restaurant, the floors were filthy trails of ants at my table, they were so under staffed that it toke 15 minutes to get a burger and fries had missing items for the menu and they got my mean wrong. there is also a broken front door I don’t see how this place is aloud to stay open at all.

Wait time of an hour after waiting 20 minutes to order, with nobody else in the restaurant. They need to shut this place down if they’re not going to take anything seriously. Beware.
