Absolutely delicious and authentic Thai food. The portion sizes are MASSIVE so make sure you are ordering to share. They had no problem with making me a small batch of Prik Nam Pla upon request for free as well. We arrived at 9 (they close at 9:30), our host told us not to worry and that we should not rush; I was incredibly surprised by the hospitality. They went above and beyond. Overall it was a really great experience, we will definitely be back.

I’m pretty bummed! It was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I had a friend over who I hadn’t seen in a while. We ordered wonton soup, crab fried rice, and glass noodles with beef. A piece of chicken in my soup had a strange grey spot that looked off, her crab fried rice smelled pungent, we had to throw it away, and my glass noodles didn’t have beef. I also ordered medium spice with the glass noodles and they had zero spice. I wish I had something nice to say. Maybe it was just an off night for the restaurant. 🙁

I have my favorite Thai restaurant in San Diego, Ca. I give that restaurant a 10! However, after tasting Khao Soi Thai, I have changed my mind. Khao Soi Thai Is 20/10!! Amazing great food!

The food here is so flavorful! I came here for the first time yesterday with my sister and we both LOVED the Khao Soi dish. The crunchy noodles were so delicious with this because they soak up all of the delicious curry the longer it soaks! Such a flavorful dish, the Thai tea was yummy too. I love that it’s tucked away from the rest of Ventura Blvd., and the patio was so peaceful. The staff was friendly and attentive, even when they got busy near the end. they were working hard to get to everyone in a timely fashion. We will definitely be coming back. 10/10!
