Khichdi Junction is a pure vegetarian restaurant. I order samosa and kachori in morning breakfast the taste is good. This shop is in parlin / Sayreville . They have a website you can check the items and timings. They informed me that they are going to open vegetarian buffet soon. They have many kind of Khichdi and Gujarati dishes , paranta , puri sabji etc which you can ordered or have in be breakfast , dinner and in lunch. After being nostalgic for our study abroad trip to Bangalore, a friend and I found this place when searching for thali. We have not had a more authentic, tasty thali since we were abroad. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant soon. The waitstaff were very helpful and informative as well.

Great quality home food that is very tasty and most of the options they have are healthy. Very Less oily. Tastes fresh. Its absolutely like a home food. Visited twice so far. Once tried the Mini Thali, Kachori and Samosa. Second time, tried the paratha, puri, Bajra ki roti, Paneer Tikka Masala, Swaminarayan Kichdi and Mango Lassi. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Reasonable prices. Decent waiting time but worthy. Place is tidy too. Surely will visit again whenever gets a chance.
