I had put off going here as they have a pretty small menu, but that was a mistake. The chicken sandwich is absolutely amazing! The chef talked me into ordering the pork belly bao buns, which were also fantastic. If you haven’t been here, you are missing out. The food is amazing!!! I’ll be back to try the ribs.

Wow… this place was phenomenal. Every single bite. Only took photos of two dishes but we ordered the entire menu except the meatballs. The wings, fried chicken, and wontons were fantastic. I was surprised this place wasn’t packed. Khue is also incredibly friendly and enjoyed telling us about his story and why this food is on the menu. Excited to go back soon.

This is a takeout only restaurant. I had a challenge finding the location as the sign is a little small and it’s located in a warehouse type building. However, it’s definitely worth the trip!

A true hidden jam! Could this be the best wings in Minneapolis? I think so. Despite being in a takeout container, the wings are flavorful and still crunchy. The breading is to die for. And for them to only 7.95 (original flavor)!? Best deal ever. Hoping to come back to try their chicken sandwich next time. The pork rib with rice was also delicious. Pleasantly surprised that their egg is actually soft boiled. So good. I will be back! Would be nice if there are seatings outside the building cuz wings are best eaten when they are fresh. Just remember to order on their website in advance as it’s a pick up only restaurant.

Just awesome food, perfectly cooked and presented. Some of the juiciest and most flavorful wings I’ve ever had, ribs just fell off the bone and were perfectly seasoned. Really couldn’t ask for more.

Impromptu lunch from @khueskitchen in NE Minneapolis . The chef here has quite a pedigree- Quang’s and Spoon and Stable should ring a bell for anyone who has spent a significant amount of time in Minneapolis, even if you’ve never actually eaten at either restaurant.
