Instant favorite. Great, fun atmosphere with prompt and friendly staff. The food was to die for. I’ll be visiting again next time I’m in the area. Like any other bar/grill, could do without the gambling machines.

My husband and I visited Kickback during a weekend trip to Eagle River last November, and the food was great. We had the truffle parm fries, the salmon flatbread and some really delicious pasta. The fries were so good that we ended up ordering more to take back to the hotel with us.

Not impressed. I had a feeling it wouldn’t be a good experience when I arrived when I overheard the waitress complaining that someone didn’t tip her. We ordered three meals and 2 appetizers. Everything was cold when it arrived. Only one of my fish tacos had the crunchy Cole slaw on it. Also it was a hour wait for our food. I tipped because I always do but we will never come back. It was a awful experience.

Phenomenal wait staff, water glasses were always full. Our waitress was very attentive to our table constantly coming back to ask questions and to check up on us, she knew the drink menu very well too. Our appetizers seemed to arrive immediately after ordering them.. & our dinner came out relatively quickly as well! We even got dessert because we enjoyed the experience & atmosphere so much. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Worst experience in a long time. Bar was ontop of things, restaurant was lacking. We ate the prime rib dinner and it was very tough, no flavor. Worst prime rib in Wisconsin. Appetizers were good tho, go figure

Went for a fish fry with my wife and daughter. Bartenders were friendly, and the waitress was excellent. The prime rib nachos were very good and the fish fry was excellent. The view of the lake from the dining room was nice. We would definitely go back.

On our up North trip, we visited the Kickback grill twice. The wheat beers from Tribute we’re excellent, my wife enjoying both the mango and blueberry. I tuna was garnished with a neat flavor combo that I really enjoyed. It was spicy. I had the Reuben the next time, and it was really excellent. The beef was very flavorful, three slices of rye weren’t too powerful, and the kraut was just sweet enough. Great job!

This is a nice restaurant that is on Duck Lake and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere and views are very nice, and they have a relaxed vibe and a friendly, helpful staff. The food is good and we come here frequently. You can even play bean bags on the lawn while waiting for your table.
