What a surprise! We had the vegan tenders and they were phenomenal. Morningstar brand, we were told by the friendly staff. They heard it was my birthday and played 16 candles. Very clean place. Highly recommended!! Negative voices tend to be loudest on Google reviews, but they can be misleading.

Today we had the family meal for 4. It came with 12 chicken strips and tons of delish fries. Everything was fresh and hot! We asked for the ketchup to be refilled because it was empty and the employees quickly replaced the empty tub. We stayed in while the electricity flickered in and out a few times and stayed dry from the small storm system that passed through.

The absolute worst place, stay away and bring your own food! Been waiting in line for an hour just to place an order, now waiting 45 minutes already for the food to come out. It’s beyond unprofessional to call this a restaurant where the kitchen is so slow. There are people here with special needs that are just as much in disbelief as our family. If you operate a theme park and sell tickets to the masses then you obviously need to be able to feed them somehow, too! Shame on Legoland, no other place would get away with such terrible service. Not kid friendly at all if you have to wait 2 hours for your food. Garbage cans overflowing, no refill at the condiment station, it’s a nightmare!

Chicken tenders like rubber. I really mean like rubber… I told the staff and they quickly changed out for new tenders, which were also…. You guessed it, rubbery… The fries were actually good but not enough to redeem the fact that these were about the worst chicken tenders I’ve had in 40yrs of life.

Absolutely repulsive food after a painfully inefficient line/wait to order. Food came out quick after ordering but it was generally disgusting. Chicken tenders, apparently the primary menu item, were tough and barely crisp while simultaneously dripping with oil. The fries were bland and dry but very salty. The grilled chicken sandwich was tough and dry. The lemonade dispenser was just water and there was no unsweetened tea available; forced to get soda or water. The cheese curds were the only thing we ordered that were decent. It would have been a huge disappointment at any price but for $37 it was extra bad. The soda fountain area was just a general mess as well with floor mats covering spilled soda and water leaking out of the ice machine. This restaurant is an embarrassment to the park.

Chicken was slimy and even the fries SUCKED. How do you screw up french fries!!?! Friendly staff, but the food is just ridiculously overpriced and just awful! Our family joked they messed up and gave us fish instead of chicken because it looked, smelled, and tasted absolutely gross.

18 minutes for them to take 3 orders. Many workers standing around doing nothing. Empty handed people coming from the kitchen and passing through the front. Just an awkward feel as they stand with their backs to you doing nothing for minutes on end. Looks like a real lack of leadership.

Terrible service!!! When we arrived, we asked nicely for a towel so we can clean a table before we ate (actually offered to clean ourself) the girl had a look as if we were such a bother. She came out and cleaned it anyway. Then our 6 year old accidentally spilled water on the floor (as six year old kids do). I approached a different employee, and said” Sorry ,but my kid accidentally spilled water.” She looked at me angry and said “uhhhhhhh”. I said that wasn’t necessary she responded” I’ve been cleaning up after kids all day”… Its Legoland where kids come!!! Go work somewhere else then. These employees need to learn customer service.
