We got there when they were almost closing, so there were only 4 menu options left. We got a Tremendous Tuna Melt, and it was as delicious as it’s described. The portion is pretty big, I wouldn’t have been able to finish the whole thing myself. This is a pretty nice park with fruit stands and plenty of other food trucks, but most of them are open at night. Since it’s a park, the chicken are roaming around you waiting for food to be dropped. Lucky for the chicken, the wind blew my plate away, dropping them a few pieces of chips, before I could pick up the rest.

Awesome sandwich/ burger. Bread was great. The meal came with crisps and delicious green beans. They also had a black bean veggie option. All served with a smile 🙂 Also really nice sitting under the big shady tree nearby.

Best burger(s) of our lives. We got the Awesome Burger, Bitchin’ Burger, and the Wagyu Steak Sandwich. My personal favorite was the Awesome Burger, but honestly they were each so different, I am not sure I could really pick. My family had bought all three and shared them. Portions are big. This food truck was a late find on one of our last days in Kauai. I cannot say this enough, you must eat food from this food truck before you leave!

My son is very picky and meals can be very expensive in Kauai so buying food he wouldn’t eat was frustrating. We got the tater tot waffle with queso and pulled pork side to go with it and he would have had it every day. My other son ate the waffle without the queso sauce. We spent half the amount of money and both of my boys, my husband, and I all ate and loved it. The pulled pork sandwich has the same queso sauce as the waffle and I wish I could have it back home because it was one of our favorite meals of the whole trip. I think we spent $32 for one quick lunch and the most we spent was $50 and all 4 of us were full. Great for a quick snack or a full meal!!!

The Tantalizing Tongue Sandwich was AWESOME!!! Beef tongue+blackberry+fried lotus root is a really nice combination. The side corns were perfect as well. Highly recommend if you see it available on the menu.

This was delicious!!! The Awesome Burger and freakin’ Fantastic Fish sandwich were Awesome and Fantastic. The side of green beans were exceptional and delicious (I don’t even really like green beans). We also order the Hot Totty. Hey guess what? It was also amazing but would definitely recommend sharing this. Thanks Seth for a great food experience.
