Delicious japanese restaurant, I highly recommend giving this place a try. We got Chicken Katsu Curry, pork gyoza, and tonkatsu shoyu Ramen. With agedashi tofu as a starter. I will say the Japanese curry was perfectly balanced, and the rice was excellent. The Ramen was so rich as well, just excellent. We didn’t have a wait and there was a cute little robot that delivered some of our food. Overall great experience!

This is hands down my favorite sushi place. The quality of the fish, amount per serving, and prices are unmatched. We were blown away by how great the salmon toro and eel was, and a cute little robot brought us our food after our waiter took our order. This is our new go-to spot! Thank you Kigaru ❤️

Was disappointed in our last 2 visits. The standard drops and food is not as good as it was in my previous reviews. My kakuni udon was lukewarm even when the kitchen was not busy. The sushi was alright. The braised pork was missing its mark. I have, once, describe it as cooking to perfection and melting in my mouth, but sadly not anymore. I am revising my review and rating in hope that the restaurant will pay attention to its quality control and regain customer’s confidence.

Glad they stay open later than most sushi restaurants in the area! Will need to go back and try the ramen since that’s what a majority of the people around us were eating.

This place is a gem. I’m addicted to their spicy hamachi roll and their fried eggplant appetizer. Almost everything I’ve tried here is really high quality and delicious. Their prices are very reasonable as well in a time where almost every other sushi restaurant is hiking prices for mediocre sushi. Will keep coming back!

The food was amazing and well done. The sashimi was done masterfully and with care. For the portion sizes it was well priced and filled me up. This experience just helps reinforce the idea that you have to truly look for the good restaurants. On a street where fast food and corporations dominate the main visual space tucked away is this fabulous restaurant. If you want a small taste of authentic Japanese cuisine, this is one of the places to go.

Wonderful place! Open till 11pm, took our last call orders at 1015, service was great! The robot delivering some of our food was so cool and efficient! I loved my dragon roll and Vegas roll and chicken karage and miso soup was bomb! This was my 2nd time dining in, and 4th time eating from here, I’ll definitely be back! I love their ramen!

The food here is so authentically delicious! The staff is very accommodating as well as their little runner robots. They are so cute! There is beautiful artwork on the walls that really immerses you in the vibe of the restaurant. My personal favorite dish is the garlic tonkotsu ramen. If you haven’t had it, I highly recommend it. 🙂

this is the most authentic place I’ve been. the nigiri to rice ratio is correct and they place the wasabi underneath. their blue fin o toro is perfect every time and so cheap considering the quality. Service is impeccable! Coming instantly to refill tea and replace dropped items. Louise or louis was also so incredibly helpful !! the bad reviews either lack any substance or complain about not knowing how to order. For example the person saying they only got a couple pieces ordered the most expensive cuts … :/ plus if you come at rush please just expect to wait, it’s not fast food.

Kigaru offers a good set of Japanese street food, ramen, and sushi. It’s something for everyone as long as you like Japanese food. The service can get a bit slow when it’s crowded. It’s mostly due to staffing shortages. I don’t blame the business. It’s more about finding employees. They do use serving robots to relieve the front staff, but it can still get stacked up.
