Yesterday I ordered a seafood boil. I asked for a pound of king crab legs instead of the regular ones. It went from $25. to $60. I only got 4 crab legs and the smallest 10 shrimp I ever seen , a ton of butter and no seasoning. I asked for butter Cajun. Never again. A waste of money and no favor. And the white cheddar Mac and cheese was bland also.

My whole family loves Kiki’s Crab and Fry. We get the family boil and it is such a delicious treat. Make sure you have lots of napkins. We’ve tried the Cajun butter and the lemon butter and both are amazing.

I ordered a seafood boil and this is what I received. A bag full of butter. It was awful I didn’t even attempt to eat it. I had to throw an entire 43 dollar meal in the trash. I will NEVER do business with them again.

This new restaurant was awesome. Most importantly the waitress was very kind and friendly. She did a great job and serving me and my sister on her birthday, This was a wonderful feast. This restaurant will be successful if they keep great staff like the one I encounter. Due to the fact I had to work that particular day so we had to go around noon. So to start the waitress day off right I tipped her 20 dollars. Well deserved

I’m from NC and I’ve never had seafood boil this bad. It taste like parsley butter and lemon. No flavor at all. Crab legs were steamed perfect. I’ve never in my life tasted a nasty egg until today. The eggs were so over cooked they didn’t taste like eggs anymore. No salt or seasoning at all and I paid almost 60 delivery. Asked/paid for extra sauce on the side. None. Messed my whole day up

First time trying and I’ve been waiting for a restaurant like this to open in Kalamazoo. Tons of food. I got the Cajun Butter on my crab boil and it had great flavor. But I would get dry rub next time since it did require a lot of napkins. I would say that offering a smaller portion of crayfish would have been preferable since my family ate everything and we were all full, but still are left with a lot of crayfish. Can’t wait to try the other items on the menu though.

Bring back the old deli counter, the new one is doing too much and it’s not working out. The seafood focus has pushed other things away, and they can’t seem to keep other entrees on the line whenever I stop for dinner. There are plenty of places to get chickenfish in the downtown area, and that is not why I pick up food here. There were too many cooks in the kitchen today, and they mixed up my order. It’s kind of the straw that broke the camel’s back here. I was really looking forward to meatloaf with mac and cheese, not fish and green beans.

Kikiiiiiii, this was sooooo gooooood!!!!! I havent had a crab fry since I lived in Texas. I’ve drove by your location and few times and kept telling myself I needed to try it. Tonight I did! I ordered the Cajun Crab fry, the crab mac n cheese and the corn bread. Everything was delicious. You can taste in the food that the people cooking this made it with love and passion. Thank you for opening here in our small town of Kalamazoo. I will definitely be back.
