All our food is made with love. Our cooked to order burgers are hand made, huge and delicious. We also have snacks and ice cream.
Located poolside at Ocean Landings Resort. We have patio seating, you can relax in the jacuzzi or take it down to the beach.

Sweetest lady I ever met with the best personality. Has the best burger I’ve ever tasted and you get more bang for your buck . It’s a decent size burger with the right seasoning and slightly toasted buns . The overall experience is very good 10/10 recommend .

First time visiting Cocoa Beach. After getting checked in and checking out the Beach we stopped down a KiKi’s but noticed it was past closing time. The owner noticed us immediately and after a short conversation we found out that we both share the home state of Pennsylvania which obviously has superior sports teams to pretty much anywhere ( sorry). So just like that in regular Pennsylvania fashion we where met with kindness, fed the best bacon burger anywhere for the price quite frankly, and are ready to get some sleep and continue this weeks long vacation. Thank you KiKi’s for a delicious start to our families first Cocoa Beach experience!
