My husband had been wanting to try this for awhile. We ordered two sliced brisket sandwiches, potato salad, and coleslaw. We were initially impressed with the size of the sandwiches until we started eating them. They were at least 60% huge hunks of fat. See picture of fat from one sandwich. The potato salad and coleslaw are tasteless. Primitive food.

Best BBQ Place I’ve been to. Period. Brisket was so tender I could cut it with a plastic fork. Hands down the best baked beans I’ve ever had. Mac and cheese was off the chain. The rib tips were great as well! The portions are legit. You get what you pay for and more. Had plenty left over to take home for dinner. I’m so glad I found my new favorite BBQ joint. Tell your friends they won’t be disappointed!

Took my Aunt to lunch in our work break and stopped here for the first time. We love us some BBQ and saw it was close to our job and we’re so glad we did! We got the chopped brisket sandwiches which were excellent! Do not pass this place by!! Stop and enjoy the weather and great bbq under the covered patio area. Can’t wait to go back!

The food was awesome. Great flavors, great service. All the way from the homemade Mac and cheese, to the tator salad. We had gotten the pulled pork, pork ribs, and sliced brisket. The seasoning and flavor was on point. We Will definitely make a regular visit weekly to Killdeer bbq. Thank you Joe.

OMG, stopped at Killdeer’s on the way home from out of town and sure glad we did. We got the lean brisket, pulled pork, tater salad, smoked mac-n-cheese and fire roasted cabbage. ALL was amazing, they even serve up the best pickles to accommodate.

We were actually headed to another restaurant tonight and saw this place and pulled a quick u’y. So glad we did! By far the best bbq in tomball. It’s a hidden gem! I know once word gets out about how awesome it is it will sell out daily! The staff were SO friendly. Cutest little environment. We got a variety of almost everything. Brisket sandwich was probably my favorite. Best bbq sauce I think I’ve ever had. Potato salad was amazing. All of the meats were great. 10/10. We will be back!

The BBQ is good, and we’ve been enjoying this place since it opened. The last several times we went, they’ve cheated us on meat portions, and they just can’t seem to get the order right. Today, we ordered a half pound of lean, and we got about 6oz. I ordered a sliced beef sandwich and got chopped beef. This is the second time they have not put sauce in the bag, and we didn’t realize it until we got home. I guess we need to check everything every time from now on. Being cheated on the meat for the third time in a row is really frustrating. My wife is rufusing to give them money again, so I guess it’ll just be me and my sandwiches unless they keep messing up.
