Great place to dine anytime! I use to visit the restaurant in Bossier all the time but this one is just as great. Food was fresh and hot. Everything tasted great. Fish wasn’t fried too hard & seasoned well. The crawfish are usually a good size. They have some great pho & ramen. Service was patient & friendly as it wasn’t too busy during the afternoon. I would definitely eat here again if I was in the area.

They have an amazing variety of options for food. My favorite is the spicy fried rice Also, the staff are kind and nice! It’s spotless clean and smells good inside the restaurant. I will definitely visit again.

I eat at this restaurant quite often when I’m in the area. The food is really good and they don’t skimp on the portions. The prices are very reasonable and the service is very fast. I’ve eaten at the location in both Shreveport and Bossier City.

Sadly, we won’t be back. My boyfriend and I love Pho and when I noticed a sign outside of Kim’s Seafood, we decided to give it a try. The Pho itself (I had the brisket) was ok, not memorable in any way. The server brought our toppings in a plastic basket with holes and no liner so our food was touching the table which was sticky, by the way. The hoisin and Sriracha were served together in a plastic condiment cup and when we asked for only Sriracha we were told that that was the only way it was served. She told us this while dismissively walking away without so much as a glance in our direction. I have a hard time believing there wasn’t a bottle of Sriracha in the back that she could’ve used to meet or request as neither of us like hoisin.

So I had the crawfish at this location for the first time this crawfish season and I have tonadmit that I was not pleased. Crawfish just didn’t seem like how it was in the past. Maybe it was old as thencrawfish got cold very fast. Maybe it was just an off day in the kitchen. Hate to think that’s why I appears this locations doesn’t have a lot of business every time I’m in the area

I usually go to Phở L’amour but decided to come here for a dine in. The young lady at the counter is very rude and sarcastic she even gave me a dirty Togo container and told me “it’s just crumbs” when I asked for another one. Secondly, I asked for a Togo bag she was washing dishes and didn’t even stop to clean or dry her hands. It’s so sad that the food was great but the cleanliness is questionable and customer service is horrible. I will not eat here again.
