Nestled on the ground floor of an office building, Kimbap & Go operates from Niki’s Cafe (look for the signs and you’ll find it easily). I had the bulgogi kimbap and the BBQ bulgogi beef with rice.

We drove an hour and 1/2 for the kimbap from the coast. It was sooo good. We have been wanting to try it since binge watching a bunch of Korean TV on Netflix. I love sushi, this is something like sushi even non-sushi lovers really enjoyed!!!

I didn’t expect to find my favorite kimbap in an office building… but life surprises you. The owner makes each roll to order, so everything is fresh. The portion sizes are really big. We tried the bulgogi and ham, both were excellent. I’ll be headed back for more.

This was my first time having kimbap and it was delicious! My husband and I both loved it and will definitely be going back. We both ordered the bulgogi kimbap. It came with a spicy mayo sauce and extra pickled radish.
