Made food plain instead of Hibachi per requested… when I called in he said that I had to drive the food back to prove to him that they made it poorly… then when I continued to ask for a refund, he turned and laughed about “the dude on the phone”… then said to take a picture and prove it… then started talking in another language while laughing for about 2 minutes till I hung up.. I HAD TIPPED THIS GUY TOO

Waitress took my order. The cook brought my food. The waitress NEVER came back to the table to see if everything was ok or to refill my empty water glass. She was sitting with other workers at a table playing on the phone. I would understand if it was busy but there were only a few couples in the dining room. No service at this location.

I was visiting Saturday night. We desire. My boss and me to give them a try. He is from middle East. And. We seat down. The waitress was super nice. She brought the menus. Ask for our drinks and took. Our order. Bring the food nice hot and fresh. The salad was fresh I love fresh salad. The hibachi was good just the stake was to thick I wasn’t able to eat it. But over all everything was fine. She. Ask my boss if he was Arabic and. Ask. Where I’m from my boss joke telling her I was from India. We laught. She refill our drink we didn’t even have to ask for anything super great service. I ask her name but I forgot. I have a lot business and. Projects in my head. That make it difficult to squeeze some in. So please if you ever go to kernersville NC go to kimono’s. I recommend it. Good Japanese style food. Thanks for read my review hopefully. Help you out and invite you to reply. How was you experience. Thank you and have a bless day / or Night ..!

Getto Japanese service is terrible!!! Food is okay. Witnessed an employee use the potty and not wash his hands after. The waitress was on her cell phone the whole time and never attended to her tables much. Then had the nerve to sweep by the table as we are eating! Will not be back avoid this location

If you get wrong food, you will only hear a lady almost yelling at you. She insists she checked the order with me at checkout. She read what I ordered, but ended up giving wrong foods. You will never hear her saying sorry. Told her it’d be better to open the box and show what is in there, but all she does is ignoring me and saying it’s not her fault.

Very skimpy on the meat. I had hibachi steak and shrimp. The steak pieces were about the size of a nickel and very few in the portion. There were only 6 small shrimp. There was so much rice and carrots on the plate that I could hardly find the meat. The vegetables were perfect.

Used to be the best Japanese hibachi restaurant in the triad area but not anymore. I gave them 3 chances and done. Foods are poor quality and price is higher. It’s a big downgrade. Very sad!

My family and I love this place. The servings of food are very generous, and the prices are very fair. Service is prompt and workers are very friendly. The sauces here are very good, the chicken is cooked very well, and the vegetables are crisp and tasty.
