Went with a group of friends. Service was fast and the food was good. We order a few items including the miso soup, seaweed salad, edamame vegetarian roll and jalapeño roll. Everything was delicious.

The service was exceptionally slow during our evening and the restaurant itself was massively understaffed. The food itself is very mid, definitely overpriced even for a Disney hotel. Once I got the bill (which was a struggle) I went in to pay with Apple Pay, and so I haven’t left any tips (as the service was very slow, we waited like 45 minutes for 2 rolls and water), I was reminded 2 times that the tips aren’t included in the bill and once I’ve put in a big fat zero in that bill the waitress looked at me with her mouth wide open shocked as if I was obliged to grant her a tip. Once I signed the bill and went off to exit I heard a pen and her notepad smashing against the table clearly showing her rage. Worst restaurant I’ve been to ever this year.

Went with my 5 y/o son and my mother. Meagan made the experience one to remember. She will be burned in our memory as one of the highlights of this Disney trip. The service and personal attention she provided was more than I’ve ever seen all my dining experiences. I’d come back to Disney just to say hi.

What a great place to grab dinner with the guys. Get there right at 5:30 if you don’t have a reservation. Otherwise it was full by the time we were leaving at 7. Loved all the rolls. And while my friends grabbed beers, I tried their take in a whiskey sour complete with egg whites. Because who doesn’t want to try a cocktail with egg whites?

The table was so dirty that we left. There was food crusted to the table and crumbs all over the seats. We weren’t comfortable eating somewhere with such low standards of cleanliness. We especially didn’t want to risk it with sushi.
