The air conditioner was out. With the Oklahoma heat and humidity, no AC, the inside of the restaurant was like what I would imagine dining at an outdoor café in Saigon might be like. Warm but not unbearable. I walked around the restaurant until I found the coolest spot. Oddly it was not under one of the ceiling fans. All they were doing was forcing the hot air down. Over by the drink cooler there was no ceiling fan. A whisper of cooler feeling air was falling from the ceiling AC vent. The air condition on this side of the restaurant was failing, but still pumping out air noticeably a few degrees cooler than any other spot.

This review might be bias since i’ve been here so many times, but the reason for my reoccurring visits is simple, the price for the meals are absolutely amazing, my stomach never feels empty after a meal here. This specific order was 15$. I was able to get a brisket Pho with an order of shrimp spring rolls, i usually get an iced coffee which is absolutely amazing. if you’re a coffee lover it’s a must have. I’ve never been disappointed eating here and my food always comes out hot, fresh and fast. It’s everything i’d want in a Pho restaurant!

I’ve sampled many pho places throughout Tulsa and Broken Arrow and have several goto’s in both cities, as well as places to avoid. I learned about Kim’s Pho through a Facebook group for local restaurant reviews. While working and ending my day in Owasso, I took the opportunity to give Kim’s a shot and placed an order to go.

I always get the same dish, and every time it tastes exactly as I expect. Some places degrade over time, but this little place continues to remain consistent in flavor and portions. This is my happy meal of choice. I recommend this place to anyone that asks for Best vermicelli noodle salad (Combo meat!)

Food is always good but the last few times we order takeout they forget at least one meal or item. Just today they forgot the broth for my Pho and when we left I asked and they said there was chili oil and there was none. Check your to go order to make sure it’s correct.

Loved it! The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I love pho, and they do not disappoint. I had the steak pho, and I have never gotten so much steak in my pho. If you like pho, this is a must.

Great Pho! I miss the complimentary citrus water. I feel sad for the poor girls who work evenings wearings masks. I could tell one didn’t feel well when she pulled it down for fresh air.
