First order they messed up even after repeating it back to me on the phone. Charged me additional unknown amount for fried rice when I wanted just plain white rice. Returned and was handed a small container of white rice but no refund for the additional amount.

I’ve never heard of this place until my son had mentioned wanting chicken katsu. Located in the same parking lot as Fred Meyers. Surprisingly ours were cooked well and we were given a good portion size. Our plate came with a side of salad as well (not shown in photo). Overall it was pretty good for the price we paid. Definitely need to be back to try their other food

Ordered teriyaki chicken and combination fried rice. Teriyaki chicken Came with barely any sauce at all and the combination fried rice came with sticky white rice, mixed frozen veggies and 7 pieces of meat. 75 dollars ! It use to be my favorite teriyaki place, not anymore

No frills, take out only teriyaki. Probably the best option in town if your looking for solid teriyaki at a good price. It’s tucked in the back of Fred Meyer parking lot.

Kim’s is my usual go to teriyaki place. I order the same thing every time. A month ago I placed and picked up my order and was disappointed. Chicken was rubbery and under cooked and it didn’t come with the salad. Okay. Staffing issues continue to be challenging for most businesses and can have an off day so I let it pass. I tried it again tonight. The same issues but worse. I had to cook the katsu in my air fryer when I got home and again chewy chicken and no salad. If I lived closer, I would have brought it back and asked for a refund but it’s a 45 minutes round trip. I guess it’s time to find another teriyaki restaurant.☹️
