Unfortunately my experience was no where as good as others who have left raving reviews. For starters, there was only 1 person working today. He was pleasant and was clearly doing the best he could but he was drowning. I observed him handling food with no gloves on and when I said something to him about it he mentioned how he has to bounce back and forth to the kitchen and register and didn’t have the time. He didn’t say that with an attitude but like I said… he was drowning. My order was incorrect and my wings were drowning in sauce! The wings were tiny, heavily breaded and no bigger that my index finger. No meat! The fries were so soggy when I picked one up it instantly broke went limp and broke in half! The fish and shrimp were pretty good. This review is not a reflection on the employees service (except handling food without gloves). I observed many people talking about how this business is declining and how the owner needs to put more focus on the business and customers.

The food quality has downgraded tremendously. I used to come here often and decided to come back today because usually, they never disappoint. But today I got charged $17 for the tiniest pieces of wings that were rotten when I bit into them, cold fries and ridiculous customer service from an incompetent worker.

Was craving chicken wings and stumbled across King Aces on google. Decided to give it a try and 10/10 recommend anyone who likes chicken wings to do the same. Great sauce options perfectly coated over some damn good chicken wings. I went with drums and flats with sweet heat and honey bbq sauce. The fries were also very tasty, and I can’t forget how nice it was to sop some of the leftover sauce up with the roll that was provided. Great local gem, I’ll absolutely be back. For anyone wondering this is take out only, there’s nowhere to sit in and eat.

The service was outstandingly wonderful. I was assisted over the phone appropriately and professionally. I had a LARGE order and EVERYTHING was CORRECT!!! That’s SO unusually PERFECT compared to MOST restaurants. The Wings, Fish, Fries, Beans, and Desserts were “ALL” ON POINT!!! SOOoooo Delicious!!! I was assisted in-person appropriately and professionally. I added multiple items to my order while picking up my called-in order with NO Problem. No negative attitudes, just all positive. The atmosphere was VERY CLEAN and NEAT!!! That’s a HUGE Plus!!! Also, the portion size was quite a bit and well worth the money. I LOVE the baked beans!!! They taste like the ones my mom cooked growing up. I want a REFILL!!! I only had ONE tiny problem, JUST “only” ONE!!!! The ocra was a little salty, but they were Delicious at the same time! This place DESERVES 5 STARS!!! This restaurant met well beyond my expectations! Oh.. one more VERY IMPORTANT Point… I called-in my order during their last 2 hours of the night. MOST restaurants are HORRIBLE during these times. I REALLY Appreciate how I was treated like a VALUED customer. I’m most DEFINITELY going back to this place!!!

Honestly, the best wings and fries I’ve had in a long time and that’s saying a lot because this is Arkansas, the food options are not great in this state. Just wished they offered cups of ranch or bleu cheese but that’s ok! I will be back soon

It’s a super small wing shack. The employees were friendly and the food was amazing. You can get anywhere from 5-100+ wings. It is takeout only but the food gets done in a reasonable amount of time.

Takeout only, and it took a while, but the food was so good! We tried lemon pepper and BBQ and honey mustard and they were all delicious. The fries were well-seasoned as well.

I didn’t catch the owner’s name, but he’s a good guy. He just helped get a homeless couple out of the storms (tornado warnings all around us) and into a hotel. He even gave his number to them so that he can deliver free food to them. It’s good to know there’s still good and generous people out there!
