Stopped here today! Food was amazing! It took a while to get done but it was well worth the wait! There is a walk up window to order from outside or you can drive up in your car! Chicken was seasoned to perfection and the Mac and cheese and slaw taste like grandma’s…..on point! Traveling for work came across this tiny gem and I will definitely be back! Food taste like it was cooked with a lotta love! Family owned establishment from what I could tell and everyone was very nice!

I tried breakfast here for the first time today & it was a great choice. I had eggs, bacon, a sausage, biscuit, hash brows, & my absolute favorite GRITS. My expectations were exceeded and I’d definitely be back. If you’re ever headed to or through Belden Ms.. you won’t regret stopping by.

This place had super quick and nice service. The chicken strips grilled and fried were delicious and had plenty of food for our family of four with the 20 strips meal. Mac and cheese was amazing also. There is no seating inside at this time, only takeout.

King Chicken is king. If you see a highly rated chicken restaurant in an old gas station, you know you have to stop for it. The food here is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This was a really fun stop with some amazing chicken tenders, pulled chicken, and jojos. I just wish they had more picnic tables around to eat at. Amazing roadside spot.

Great soul food. There is a walkup window and you can also eat inside. There is not many places that sell actual soul food here in Tupelo. I just happened to be looking for a different place, and found this place, by lunch. I ordered fried catfish, which comes with hush puppies (excellent), Mac n cheese and bread. Also, ordered the banana pudding. The pudding was tasteful, but too sweet. I don’t use sugar that much. Great place to visit. Has a lot on the menu.

$17 dinner plate not worth it. Huge difference between Fried Chicken and Charred Chicken. Not a fan of burned chicken, it defeats the purpose of tasting that crispy chicken skin. Baked beans and okra were okay. And I wasn’t impressed with the flavored limonade

I bought a chicken & biscuit with gravy and OHHHH EMMM GEEEE! That was the BEST I’ve ever eaten! Cudos to King Chicken. I will be back to try more food from there. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I was met with a warm smile too & that says a lot!
