Food is good. The service not so good. They need more training. Order through doordash. Texted my food was ready. Came to pick it up wasn’t ready so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make the food. Went to pick up again they tried charging me again and what they had was 10 dollars less? Told them I already paid and they gave me my food. Again they definitely need training.

First time coming here and I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Crab legs were so good. The shrimp are huge! Good food and great service. Our server was very attentive, he kept checking up on us to make sure we were good. Definitely recommend if you like seafood and if you don’t mind getting your hands dirty. The kids liked it too.

Worst food EVER!! The food was undercooked. The young lady that took my order was TOOOOOO busy gossiping on the phone…she was sooooooo SOOOOOO loud that I was tempted to record the conversation and release it on social media!?! The ONLY ONLY ONLY ONLY saving grace for this restaurant was the young man (the young lady treated poorly)!!! EXTREMELY POOOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The food was AWFUL!!!! The young girl created poor and AWFUL experience. I am a traveling healthcare professional. We give recommendations to other healthcare professionals traveling…this is the ONLY ONLY restaurant in my career that I will inform EVERYONE to avoid!!!!

Overpriced food. We ordered fish basket and the fish was tasteless it had no flavor at all. Usually fish baskets in most restaurants come with the fish and fries, toast and a drink. The baskets here are just small pieces of tasteless fish and a handful of fries with no toast or drink. Fast food restaurants like captain D’s are superior compared to this restaurant.

I should of known what to expect when I went into the restaurant and it was empty today. They do not compete with Krab Kingz in DeSoto!! Their food have no flavor, my potatoes was hard and tasteless, corn was bland, crab legs a zero. I got Garlic Butter but it was nothing but grease with no flavor at the bottom of the bag. I had to dip my crab legs in bbq sauce from home for a good taste. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!! My boyfriend got the fish and shrimp basket HATED IT!!! The fried pickles was fried grease!! First and last time here!! Overpriced and nasty

I’m a seafood addict and I’ve eaten here on numerous occasions. The first time I ever ate here I said that I would never go back. I stumbled on this place searching for seafood places nearby me. It was something about the sauce I didn’t like. I got the bottom of the bayou (which is all the seasoning together) on a lbs of crawfish which they claimed were live but were actually frozen I sent them back. So later some time I needed a seafood fix and thought I just try them again! The second time they were actually better and I’ve been coming back sense. I gave 3 stars because typically when you order to go They will mess up your order, so Be sure to CHECK YOUR FOOD! The prices are reasonable for seafood. Their fried fish is not worth it for the size of the fish strips they give you, fried soft shell crabs aren’t friend hard. They use to be named the “Crab Shack”…. but changed their name and upgraded their menu look but it’s still under the same management. I won’t come here as a first choice but will come back. – Wheezy

Great food even though it was a little pricy. Didn’t like the fact they used a large to go container to hold 5 hushpuppies or the fact that you pay $13 for 5 shrimp and two small catfish fillets. A couple of the shrimps were of a good size though. The pricing and sizing of the portions were the only problem for me overall. Keep up the good work!
