I’m always very skeptical of little Chinese places like this. The inside isn’t much for sure, but we did eat there. I was very surprised when the food came out. It was a lot and it also was presented very well and was really well made. Yeah I wish the places near my house were this good. Well done. Fine for eating in, and I’d definitely eat there for take out.

Aesthetically, no different than any small takeout joint you’ve encountered. But you don’t get Chinese takeout to stare at the walls. The lady at the counter was polite, warm, and that food was out at breakneck speed.

Happened to do lunch at king Garden today. Went with the chicken fried rice and the wonton soup. The fried rice was pretty good. Plenty of flavor even before adding soy sauce.. some veggies in there. Not overly oily. I give the the rice a 4.5. The wonton soup has a decent depth of flavor to the broth. A couple of noodles were gummy so I only give it a 3. The restaurant is decent looking inside. A bit on the small side. Clean looking. I will go back

Thought I’d try a new place. Service was good and the restaurant was average cleanliness. But, worst general tso’s chicken I have had. Not like it was cheap either at $11.50, only coming with a side of white rice. Like it was made with scraps left in the pan all night after carving a turkey. All dry and chewy and a dull grey color and not one piece of white chicken. After looking at the menu again I see it’s a $2 upcharge for edible chicken? I only took a bite out of a few pieces and wanted to trash it. Wife had szechuan chicken and wasn’t terrible, and the crab rangoons were good. I’ll just stick to the old faithful for me and which I won’t name but is at Colonel Glenn and Grange Hall. By the way, all white meat chicken general tso’s there is $8.75 and comes with fried rice and egg roll!

I actually was very disappointed with my selection. I had the sesame chicken combo. There wasn’t enough sauce on the entree therefore it was very dry. The chicken itself didn’t have many sesame seeds on it and was dry, hard and not flavorful. The pork fried rice wasn’t as flavorful as I’ve had at other Chinese restaurants. It too was very dry. Overall it was so bland. It didn’t taste seasoned at all. The overall texture was too dry for me. I won’t try again.
