My second times here, so far so good. The only issue I have is with their noodles. I feel like their rice noodles’ old. The rice noodles’ old they crumble into piece and fall apart everytime I try to use my chopstocks.

After years of being a loyal customer they started treating me rude and for over a year would serve me well after 3 or 4 other customers had been seated and served after me. Even for a simple to go appetizer I called in. Some times my food would take 45 min when only one other person was their and no other orders. No explanation of why the sudden rude treatment, but it seem repeated and blatant.

I got 2 orders of the large size Pho. They should have put it in a larger container. There was no room in the container to put the noodles or other stuff. The amount of meat you got was so small it wasn’t worth the price! The broth was so boiling hot It burned us both. They didn’t warn us that it was boiling hot. They were out of the chicken spring rolls. The wait for the food was pretty long for what you get. Overall we were very disappointed. We won’t be back.

I went in there today with my family. Yes I have four kids, but they are all well mannered. I was told that they were closed by the older gentleman in the kitchen. We said sorry and we walked out the establishment. I had a feeling they were not closed. I went down the street to eat somewhere else. On my way home I noticed that they were in fact not closed. I’m not sure what the reason was that we got turned away from him. Either way we felt judged and discriminated. I don’t reccommed this place at all. I would give them zero stars if possible.

I use to be okay with this place. But recently the service has gotten worse. Getting the food (even appetizers) now takes 45 minutes minimum. And when I last ordered take-out, they repeated my order correctly back to me on the phone; but, when I arrived they had my order wrong and still made me pay for it. There was even a family in the restaurant that had been waiting on their food for over an hour. On top of that, when I left and got home my order was still wrong. I’m never going back to this place.

Incredible. Authentic. Tasty. Not terribly expensive. Great people running it, it’s been good for at least eight years. Bahn mi the best, their pho is top shelf, their Curry is great. Don’t be in a hurry; they are not fast.

Update: went last month and it’s sad to see this restaurant go downhill so quickly. I think they’ve given up on customer service and cleanliness. We won’t be going back anymore.
