Great friendly service. We always order from the 3-dish menu, where each dish is slightly discounted if you order at least 3 dishes from that special menu. Veges are always fresh, food taste is always consistent, prices are reasonable. Call to order or go in person to avoid any additional fees on other ordering platforms.

Finally made it in to this place for lunch. We tried going once before but the wait for a table was so long we left. They are popular. The food at lunch (at least the two dishes we tried) seemed to explain their popularity. Our server recommended the kung pao chicken and spicy garlic chicken and both were great. Very flavorful.

The dishes we ordered were delicious and with good portions. The noise level was a little loud. But the service was rather quick without long wait. Easy parking.

Not only is King Palace the best Chinese in San Ramon / Danville, but the pricing is fair based on the quality. I have visited 9 locations around the area, in hopes of finding truly authentic Moo Shu, and NO ONE had anything close to decent. King Palace has some very tasty dishes; one of my favorites – Moo Shu pork. Ask for green onions and cilantro on the side.

A few of the sauces we’re a little bland where others were over seasoned. Mixing them together resulted in perfection. The crab was very well cooked. There’s very few things worse than over cooked sea food. This place nailed it.

I am not a person to leave reviews and never had until this time and I wish I could leave 0 stars but that’s not possible, I have came here to eat more then a handful of times and always had a good dinner for the price and quality until the last time I ate here. Everything was normal until the paying process, so we got our check and paid in cash, we got our change and left a tip even though they already include a tip in the bill for 2 people dinning. This older lady that serves the food and seats customers comes back to my table before I leave she tells me that my tip was not enough money, she wanted 18% saying that “Wasn’t the service good” but that wasn’t the case I left a cash tip over the tip they already include in the bill and I found it disrespectful to ask customers for more money then we already paid. She starts screaming at me saying I need to leave more money and I told her “I’m already leaving you a cash tip why are you asking for more” she was mad I didn’t leave more and yells at me to get out of her restaurant and never come again, by far the most disrespectful restaurant customer service

I don’t understand all of the positive reviews. Food is fresh, made to order but tastes nothing like Chinese food. Since when does king pao chicken have zucchini and jalapeños? It’s bland and under seasoned. Ordered on their website, arrived at the time they said the food would be ready and waited an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes. Seems very disorganized and overworked. Will NEVER return. The one star is for freshness

We ordered the XO sauce chicken chow fun, I have to say that it was dry! With no flavor. When we picked up our order, the cashier was very rude, she did not ask if we wanted a fortune cookie, she got upset when we asked for chili sauce and soy sauce. When we were leaving, she asked the next customer if they wanted a fortune cookie. I’m not sure if she was racist because that particular customer was Asian decent, or she was having a bad day. Either way, we will not be ordering from here again.

Good food and fast service. It’s a bit homestyle but tasty and quick. Solid option for San Ramon Chinese.

The food is consistently good and I like the varied choices. My favorite is the fish filet in black bean sauce. My only complaint is the pot stickers, the dough is to thick and chewy. Definitely my favorite Chinese in the area!
