My recent experience at King Palace left much to be desired. While the restaurant’s ambiance and service were average, a concerning incident occurred that significantly impacted my perception. After requesting the check, my sister went to the restroom and spotted a ROACH on the floor. This unsettling encounter raised serious questions about the restaurant’s hygiene standards. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed any positive aspects of the visit.

Walked in and we were Seated quickly with Hot Tea for the table. The server was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and had great table side manners. We ordered Spring rolls and egg rolls they came out quickly, they were fresh and crispy and the perfect appetizer.

I give 5 star to the spicy fish. The way it smells is perfect, and very spicy. The garlic vegetable has a good balance between oil and sauce. The tastes is very close to my hometown in China. I have a good experience at this restaurant !

The food at this restaurant is delicious everything is made nice and fresh food service is very fast you don’t have to wait a long time to get your food the reason I didn’t give them five stars is because of the service is to fast as if they want you to eat and leave. The prices are very high so be prepared. they were very pushy about the tip they prefer what’s on the receipt, not what you choose to leave based on food and service. Also glass had a chip on it not.

Take-Out disappointment. This is my familys favorite Chinese restaurant. But today, the food and customer service was a total disappointment. The fried rice wasn’t fresh, and it was drowned with soy sauce. The chicken wings & egg rolls were refried and dry. Called to voice disappointment, only to have the person basically tell me (it’s my problem). Always check your take out order.

We got here for the reviews and for a quick bite. Expectations where 5 stars, service was fast as a tornado. We had the everyday special, anything else in the menu was way up there. When the soup was served was amazing. But, the main course… not so much. That when they hit 2 stars.

We have been coming to the place for a few years and always ordered whole pekin duck in addition to many other dishes. Today we ordered whole duck as well, but the kitchen decided to give us literally half of the duck. My husband confirmed the order with the waiter that this is full, and not half of the duck, waiter was smiling and telling us that this is definitely whole duck. All we had is crispy skin on the sides and same skin with a meet of the same thickness as skin in the middle. There was no breast and no things. The experience was very disappointing. I bet they wouldn’t do this to chinese people. Since we are white, they expect us to swallow and say nothing. I hope the owner is reading the reviews and will have a talk with the kitchen. My family of 6 have no desire to come back after today’s incident even though we like the food. It is unexaptable to behave this way.
