King Ting Hot Pot was very good. The food was very good quality, but the service seemed to be an after thought. The staffed seemed more concerned with talking to each other then helping. The whole time we were there we got one cup of water, and our one drink. Our waitress took out order, and brought our drinks. Then she never came back, until she brought the bill, then tried talking me up clearly looking for a good tip. The food was very good, and soup broth was very flavorful. All the hot pot and grill equipment worked well, and was clean. Over all it was a positive experience.

Was fearing for my life throughout this meal. I only went to this place because it was open late but in hindsight I should’ve stayed home. We came at around 11pm on a week night and we were the only diners. Most of the ingredients had a weird taste as they were not fresh and seemed like they were frozen for a very long time. The meat became very dark after cooking which I have never seen before at hot pot. The quality of the ingredients were sub par and I am not sure I would even go here as a last resort. Maybe it would have been better if there were other customers and ingredient turnover was higher, but given that this was AYCE and we were not supposed to waste food, I felt obliged to eat most of the food, which made me fear for my well-being.

If it’s your first time doing hot pot or BBQ then this may not be the place for you unless you have someone who knows what to do.

I came here after a concert at around 11:30 pm at night looking for good hotpot and it delivered. The workers were super nice and even let us stay after the closing time of 1 am. The workers were super friendly and not only that but the food was amazing. I had both the bone broth and the hot and spicy broth to cook my hotpot in and it was amazing. The ingredients were flavorful and the sauce bar was amazing as well as you could customize your own sauce. I would definitely recommend this place for your next meal.

The food ranged from being either too bland or overly flavored, with a noticeable lack of quality. Although the serving bowls were sizeable, but the portion sizes were surprisingly small. What added to the disappointment was the high pricing for what was offered. Don’t think I’m going back again.

The best Hotpot & BBQ location I’ve been to. The service is amazing, the food is spectacular and it’s very clean. My family and I LOVE coming to eat here. The soups (seafood, beef and hot&spicy) and BBQ are AMAZING.

While the customer service was OK at best, the servers are inattentive and do not pay attention to what you put on the menu for your requests. The Food itself was not bad, the only issue was the quality of the food for the price that you pay especially considering the advertise one price when you get there it may be 50% more expensive did you initially planned.

Being able to make your food in a restaurant and still eat was top tier. I’m not gon hold you. Plus, it had a buffet style set up so you could keep ordering the ingredients that you wanted to chef up with. It changed my life.

If you remember a quaint sushi restaurant being around here, that’s because it was. Coconut Chicken took over Tokyo Medallion and renovated it into this place. Which, I got to say, it looks gorgeous inside. Although, that’s about it, maybe it was the fact the business wasn’t ready for the large volume at grand opening, but a lot of people were forced to share tables with other strangers. No one wants to sit together in general, but also meals and orders got mixed up often. Also, no one wanted to get up and get what they needed, for example sauces are off to the side on another island, and inconvenience other people who were also trying to have a meal because a business couldn’t host a grand opening properly. If you advertise for a large scale event be prepared to let customers know they have a wait time. There were only about two servers that actually cared about our table, but the people we had to share with were visibly unhappy. They made nice with us because it wasn’t our fault since it was our table first. If you leave more than 12 ounces of food, you are going to be charged with a $21.95 fee, but because of how poor the service was on grand opening day, I would have said something if we were charged with that. It’s not okay. The food was okay, my stomach started to hurt from something I ate, but it could have just been not cooked fully. Aka you cook everything yourself here, you just choose what you want to cook. I was entirely uncomfortable sitting at the table, not just because we had to share, but the seats weren’t even comfy to begin with. I have very long legs and I felt like there was absolutely no leg room for them. The seating and tables should be changed as soon as possible, I recommend. Also, get a hostess/host who understands wait times and reservations. Customers should know you can only be there for 2 hours, but because of how poor the service was today we were there for much longer because it took almost an hour before any food came our way and then our order kept going missing. I’m pretty sure the hot tea isn’t free like at most Asian restaurants they come free like water. It’s already $25 a person to eat all you can eat for only two hours. I think I was being kind and generous about my three star. It has room for a lot of improvement, and because it’s still new it’s a possibility. Remember, playing it safe is better because word of mouth gets around. The one thing I will admit I do like about this place, is the design of the logo. It’s so cute! The name of the place doesn’t sound like they were going for a restaurant, they sound more like they’re trying to tell you what’s on the menu.
